Our office treats everyone who comes in like family, providing a home-like environment for patients of all ages. We have been helping patients since 1991, and Dr. Ricardo Macasaet has been practicing since 1985. In addition to providingcomprehensive dental servicesin Elk Grove, California, we also work with advanced technology in order to better help our patients.
Dr. Macasaet received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Philippines in 1985. He stays up to date on the latest advances in his field by taking several continuing education courses in endodontics and implant restoration, as well as completing a postdoctoral cosmetic dentistry course at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Macasaet is a fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International and has taken courses in dental management at the University of Southern California. In addition, he is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society.
Dr. Christopher Macasaet was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. He attended Jesuit H.S. In Carmichael, CA, the University of the Pacific Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, and an advanced General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, a level 1 trauma center, in New York. Dr Chris welcomes each patient with a warm smile and focuses on serving each of his patients needs in a comprehensive, cooperative, and caring manner. Dr. Chris gentle touch and passion to build life long relationships with his patients will make you feel welcome to your new dental home. Dr Chris was a division 1 golfer at UOP and his interests are anything and everything sports related. He is a SF Niners, SF Giants, and Sacramento Kings fan.
Shiree was born in Lodi, CA and currently lives in Galt. She graduated from Galt High School and obtained her RDA license from Andon College for dental assistant school. I absolutely love working with people and building a relationship with every patient. Ive been in this line of work for 30 plus years, and I love and have loved every moment of it. Being a dental assistant is something Im passionate about which I believe is a rare thing
Shiree has one son and daughter-in-law. She loves to cook and bake, fish, swim, ride bikes, boating on the lake, skiing water and snow and to pass the time she likes sewing and gardening. Literally anything you can cook or activity you can think of she does. She also makes amazing baked goods.
I am very passionate about providing optimal care to each and every patient. You can expect me to listen to your concerns and provide customized care that is gentle and thorough. My goal is for you to be comfortable and confident in your oral health and smile
I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. I went to school to be a dental assistant in 2018, and have enjoyed every minute of it ever since. I have 3 beautiful daughters that I love to spend time with and help grow. My favorite things to do are spend time with my growing family, read with my girls, or cook exciting new recipes. I love my job because I love my patients! Being in the dental field is one of greatest passions.

They take very good care of my son. If they are running late they will call you so you don't wait unnecessarily. They do not scold you or guilt you or ask do you floss, how often. The whole experience is pleasant

This was my first visit. The doctor showed X-ray and explained how to help improve health of gums and teeth. He answered all my questions. He was very patient and used simple terms and analogies to explain. The hygienist was also very good. We had a little mixup with our appointment but it was resolved. Looking forward to future visits.

I have been going to Calvine family Dental for years, everyone does an excellent job, the crowns fit perfectly the first time. Great pain management. it's NOT a hellish experience as I have experienced in the past. If you need a gentle touch for your teeth cleaning request Kie she gets them clean with out pain.

My initial experience with this dental practice was truly great. I felt as though I had finally found the right place to care for my dental needs. I discovered this practice online and was impressed with the information provided on their services and the presentation of their doctors. It made me feel as though their service would be warm, welcoming, professional, informative, and caring. I am happy to report it was! From the onset, staff was friendly and polite. The doctor, Christopher Macasaet was professional, thoughtful, and courteous, respectful, caring, and informative. I felt completely comfortable and safe to discuss my dental hygiene concerns. He explained everything in lay terms, so that I could understand; any fears or concern I had was put to rest. I needed some work done asap for better oral health and I also intend on travelling soon. They got me an appointment to commence my dental treatment plan two days after my initial visit. They called me as soon as they had a cancellation. I wished their waiting room was not so small to afford better spacing. However, so far, so good. I will find out more about their services when I have my deep clean done. Stay tuned!

The dentist's wife canceled my Saturday appt. without asking me or notifying me. The next Sat. available is over a year from now! The dentist doesn't return calls-I've called 3 times and it's been 5 days since I went in.
