The experience was good it could've been better. There was nowhere to sit or wait and even with the kids I had to fill out paperwork outside. Dr. Cally was the sweetest but felt like the office could've been more pleasant.

My kids loved going to her and being there they are usually shy and Affraid to go into places with out me. But it was really nice to see them take to her. The service of her staff is excellent as a first time customer I will recommend her.shall Dr. Cally Adams

Horrible experience. She is a pediatric dentist! She is neither warm nor compassionate. My three year old has cavities and she said nothing could be done for him, she won't work on him because he had a bad dentist experience a few weeks ago, so naturally he's scared. He was crying while she was working on his teeth (brushing and flossing and X-rays) I didn't think that was a reason to not treat children. I left her office crying. The worst dentist experience I've ever had.

If I based our first experience off of a telephone encounter and the reviews I've read here, I could easily jump on the bandwagon BUT I'm not and I won't. We loved our last dentist and Dr Cally came highly recommended by him when we had an unexpected insurance change. Today was our first visit for the 7 year old and neither he nor I have any complaints. Friendly staff took him in explaining to him what was going to happen while in office then Dr Cally brought him out to explain to me what was done and what the follow up plan would be. Her follow up plan included an area that I hadn't even had a chance to speak to her about... So like I said, no complaints. Thank you Dr Cally!

I'm so glad that I took my daughter to Cally L Adams,DDS,LLC.Because they provide good service.They make our appointment right away. We don't even have to be Waite for a month. My daughter like it there because they know how to make the kids not to scare.

I have 4 kids under 5 and was so happy to find Cally. The routine they use from when you check in works great for kids, especially ones that fear the dentist. She's calm and kind as well as her staff. She has made each trip stress free and I am so thankful!

Been bringing my daughter to Cally since she was a year old. She is 7 now and has great teeth. She says she loves the stickers and prizes she gets after they clean her teeth. All good experiences for the most part, took issue with her early on for advising me to stop nursing because it "causes cavities", but I ignored that advice because she was a baby... otherwise I agree with the recommendation of flossing and so far she has had zero cavities.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a place that supposed to be catered towards children. As a mom of 4 and having previously worked at a children's hospital, as well as a preschool teacher, there were no skills towards little children to help them feel welcome, safe and comfortable. It was my 4 year old's first time to the dentist and she was a bit nervous, and nothing was done to help her feel comfortable. Over the phone they told me If my child was crying they would let me go with her to the back, but that was not the case in my experience. After they tried getting my daughter to go into the office by herself, and she wouldn't, Dr Adam's came out to the waiting room and rather than greeting my little girl with the warm smiles, reassurances and something to distract her from her nerves, Dr. Adams just said "come to the back and we can take pictures of your teeth and clean them". My little one stood close to me all nervous, and then Dr Adams told me how I should have just waited in the car and let them grab her from there so it didn't make the separating harder (which I am normally an advocate of, but not in a random dentists office for a little girls first time, and where I can't even hear my child cry or scream- because they don't even allow the adults to wait in the building). I don't want the dentist to be a scary place for my kids so I didn't make her go crying, I let her leave with me. Very disappointed in the service and lack of commitment to "let the parent come back if the child is crying". We will not be coming back. If you are looking for a friendly dentist office that allows a parent to go back with a child, Hawaii Family Dental in Kihei is a great place!

One of the best pediatric dentists and is the only one my son has seen on Maui. Dr. Adam's always supportive of and caring for my son's needs. Also always punctual and offers good feedback. Overall, Dr. Adams is great with him and my son has been going to see her since he was a baby and he will continue to until he gets too big! :)

my son is 4 and he is scared of brushing his teeth, but after going to Dr adams and being aware of his teeth, he brushes his teeth properly.
