I want to thank Dr.Callejo and her staff for there Excellent service the staff was wonderful I was very nervous cause I had to have a gum removed and they where very kind and patient with me I want to thank them all. I totally recommend them percent very SATISFIED THANK YOU

I have to say my experience at this Dental office was not the best, and I am not talking about Dr. Callejo. However, the people handling her appointments are not the best. They left me waiting for an hour the day of my appointment without saying a word. When making appointments they give you specific hours and then tell you you might need to wait for the doctor cause she will be with another patient... then why not offer me another time? we all have jobs to do as well and reason why we make appointments. The people in the office get upset when you complaint about it and take it personal. however, they don't know how to handle their own appointments. Its too bad because I heard good things about the Dentist but to avoid me complaining and be upset with the workers at the front desk, I rather go somewhere else to be treated. If you have the patience for it go, if you want to avoid being upset, look for someone else.

The best dental practice in the area! Both the dentist and the entire staff are kind and caring individuals that take their time to deliver the best care to their patients. Dr. Callejo has been my dentist for years now and all my friends I have recommended her too have also become recurring patients at this office. The quality of care and sense of welcome at this practice is unlike any other.

Okay, to be fair. The dental work they do is a pretty good job. As far as every other experience, I can not say the same. For starters, there is absolutely no parking. Good luck with that. As far as personal experiences, always a long wait. One of my past few times I waited over an hour, I went up to the window; no one to be found. Finally when I get someone, they inform me the dentist is behind and it could be another hour. Therefore, I walked out. I highly recommend to set expectations with clients beforehand, not have them wait and then tell them it's going to be a longer wait. So I was reluctant to give them another chance. But I did anyways. Scheduled an appointment again for a cleaning. Besides the 20 mins it takes to find parking, I sign in and was told they scheduled my appointment for the following week and not the day I was there. I was livid and walked out again. Scheduling, really is an opportunity for this business. Oh, if you don't speak Spanish it will be a difficult time to communicate.

This is an amazing dentist! Believe It or not, I'm fearful of the drills and all the work that needed to be done. However, she is so gentle and reassuring that you start to question why you feared the dentist at all. Any comment I may write will fall short of how great her and her staff are.

No good experience, long wait, the staff is rude. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone after the experience my coworker and her mother experienced.
