This office had great reviews and was recommended to me by a dentist I had trusted so I had high hopes however, was disappointed. I was looking for adult ortho treatment after many years of waiting. I was nervous for the consult as my teeth are very crowded. My first impression of the office was it seemed like a braces factory- it was all open and you could see multiple teenagers lying in the chairs getting work done, which I didn't like due to lack of privacy. After a scan, pictures and x-rays, I was told right off the bat (by the treatment consultant, not a Dr) that "we feel this is a surgical case" -first words out of her mouth. But "maybe" there is a compromise. I said I would absolutely not be having very serious double jaw surgery which would require a hospital stay and taking weeks off work just to straighten my teeth (also would be out of pocket most likely because health insurance doesn't cover cosmetic procedures). The doctor came in and proceeded to tell me everything wrong with my teeth (that I already knew). I felt like I was being talked down to like one of their teenage patients, not an adult paying 7k out of pocket (which is what they quoted me). They said they would see what else they could think of and call me in 2 weeks - they made me a phone appointment. On the day of the appointment no one called me. I waited 20 minutes past the appointment time but I work and had meetings I had to attend so I eventually called the office. The treatment consultant barely apologized for almost a half an hour delay. I found this to be unprofessional and disrespectful of their client's time. I have since gotten other opinions that never even mentioned surgery and talked to me adult-to-adult, making me feel much more comfortable. Maybe this office is good for teenagers or those with minor cases but I just wanted to share my experience for other adults with more complex issues you are looking to get fixed. You may want to go elsewhere.

They were so helpful in the time that I was there getting my teeth fixed They were gentle with my teeth to make sure that they did not hurt me in the process of straightening my teeth and I love my new smy teeth and I love my new smile

They did first phase on our son with great results and then have monitored both of our children for a few years now. Son is now on phase two and daughter will start her course of treatment soon. Great communication about their plan of action never leaving us with questions. Highly recommend.
