If I could give ZERO stars I would. October 2021 went to Callahan Family Dental for mouth pain. Did a filling on the area that was bothering me and a few other areas of conversation but it didn't work. They informed me 2 visits later I needed to get a root canal done on #5 tooth. I scheduled and root canal done at recommended facility. Called and scheduled follow up/ crown to be fitted with Callahan Family dental as tx was suggested. After fitting, it took several weeks for perm. crown to come in and be fitted. At the 1st fitting, January 2022 crown had a gap so they had to reorder a new crown and had me come back to have it redone several weeks later. At the next attempt at the perm. crown. Dr. Burbank said everything looked great with the crown. Went in for my routine cleaning in August. I informed tech it felt like the crown was fitting a little odd and asked if she could check it while cleaning. Tech immediately got the New dentist on staff (Dr. Vadalyia) and stated Dr. Burbanks is no longer with the practice due to health and "mentally checking out". Dr. Vadalyia came in and stated the crown has a gap and the previous dentist should have not allowed me to leave with the gap in the crown and it was placed incorrect. Had to come back for an additional appt for them to remove the crown and when she did, they noticed damage to the tooth. Staff agreed I should not be responsible for this Malpractice/ negligence. They forwarded concerns to upper management and their resolution is for me to pay for crown lengthening which is around 2000.00 + due to damage from crown being placed improperly. At the initial time of crown/tx plan, they had me pay for an insurance for the crown and for fillings in case something happened. I paid for the crown already and this is all they are offering to cover. Which means they are not offering to pay for anything at all! All of the issues are from a Dentist who should not have been practicing if they knew he was having health issues going on. This is Malpractice and none of these issues would have occurred if the crown was placed correctly. I'm not even sure the cavities were filled correctly, and I have been calling since August and No resolution. Even after the several phone call attempts, they will blow you off and DO NOT return calls or attempt to retain relationships with their clients.

They can't keep dentists or hygienists everytime I go in there it's a new staff and dentist they have called now three times keep rescheduling hygienist appt because they just hired one and have only one hygentist and now pushed me back to August for about two years that I went there they operate off of volume and the dentist they hire try to sell you everything in the world I will no longer go there . I would not recommend going there they have some kind of staff problem and there must be something in the company that is causing this it is a chain operation thumbs down

Nightshift health care worker and single parent. No one at that office said ' we will only have 2 times available one 1 day only at this location ' when I started my daughter's braces with them. After a while, I was burned out, couldn't do their times, asked for another location of theirs. No one helped me, no one called me, I had to call for them to say " oh I meant to call you...they said you have to pay upfront to move to the other office" 1100$. What was auto debited from. My account wasnt good enough, now I couldn't make the times, still willing to do business with them but at their other location and they're reaction is to hold my business hostage? Not only that, the communication is terrible. Expect to wait a while in the dentist chair due to the girls gossiping. Be ready to be told you need a deep cleaning when you only need a regular one. This office is the worst, I regret ever doing business with them.

I arrived at 8:00 am for an appointment that had been made for months. The hygienist was not in office on the day of my appointment. They could have reached out to me at any time so that I did not drive there and make other arrangements for my kids. The staff did not make a real effort to contact me! I unfortunately showed up to the office ready for a scheduled cleaning. They have my email address and home phone number, but neither of these were used to contact me. The office does not value their patients. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and lack of compassion for the people of our community! So disappointing!

Horrible experience! They have changed dentist 3 times in the last 5 months. I just had some work done and got up and left without it being finished. Very rough, I've never had such an unpleasant and painful experience at a dentist until this time here. Now they don't want to send my records to another dentist, they want to argue with me about it.

Awesome experience. Everybody was polite and not pushy at all. I told them exactly what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked of them just the way I like it.. No nonsense get the job done and everybody is so friendly. It's literally like they do care about you. Thanks again.

The worst experience that I have ever went thru. They wouldn't pull my tooth cause i used bad language cause my infection was so bad that the tooth wouldn't go numb. So they were pulling a live tooth so using bad language I'm sorry. But they didnt send me home with antibiotics and ended up very sick and they never called to check on me to see if I lived or died so I wouldn't recommend them

I have been having appointments with this office since last November-December and every time I go, there is an issue. I have work done that isn't relayed back to me until after it has been done and I have to pay for it. They schedule appointments and cleanings without letting me know until the week before which is super frustrating. I will also plan to go in for one thing and it turned out it was something completely different. I have also gotten multiple incorrect dates given to me for my appointments, I will leave each time with a card saying when my appointment is and almost every time I get a call saying it is for another date the week before. The dentist herself is super nice and I can tell she cares about her patients but the front desk people really make it a not so good experience and it is super frustrating making sure I am paying the correct amount, I have had to correct them and show them my paperwork for what I was supposed to pay and so on. Front desk seems very unorganized.

I would like to say I started my journey last year, this past March I ended up with a full top denture, they have worked with me on a payment plan and have been with me every step of the way I go in tomorrow morning for my hard liner, Ms Crystal has called me on her days off just to check on how im doing I love the dentist and the staff, I would recommend highly anyone who needs to see a dentist

This office is so amazing! Great staff, bedside manner of all dentists staff is so awesome! You will feel comfortable and at ease! Take it from someone who has always had extreme anxiety issues with dental visits! This was the best experience for me yet! I am looking forward to my next visit for the first time ever!!!!

I took my daughter for a check up and cleaning. They said she had cavities that need addressed. They would call me on Monday to schedule to start the work and let me know what my cost would be for the treatments. 2 1/2 to 3 weeks later they still have not called with appointment date or cost information. I would not recommend wasting your time or money seeing this dentist.

I've been using this dentist for the last few years and was never very impressed, but just didn't want to go through the hassle of getting set up somewhere else. After filling a few cavities and putting on a crown I now have the worse bite I have ever had. I don't like the bedside manner they have as they always seem to be talking about nonsense and it is annoying. Today I had a regular cleaning and they canceled the appointment without telling me, even thought I called yesterday to verify it because I got a new phone number. They said they attempted to get ahold of me today to cancel but couldn't, even though they verified that they did now have the correct number on file. They wasted my time driving from JAX and I had to take off from work early to make the appointment. I told them that I was done with them and couldn't be happier about not having to deal with them anymore.

I decided to go to this dentist when my dentist tried to charge me $300 for whitening and refused to do a whitening treatment catered for sensitive teeth. So I called this place up after googling a few dentists and they allowed me to come in and get whitening done that is better suited for sensitive teeth. Plus, they were completely honest with me in regard to my expected results. The woman that attended me, Maj, explained the anatomy of teeth thoroughly. She was so kind and attentive. One of the office girls as well brought me a blanket because it was cold. Honestly, everyone there is so sweet and honest with you about everything including pricing. I might even change my dentist and go to them from now on out!
