Have been a patient for years. The doctor spends all the time needed to ensure patient's complete satisfaction. He has patience of a saint and miracle worker hands. Entire staff is superb. Thank you for all you do!

I hate to agree with one of the people here that this place has been out for money since the original owner retired. Service is still good but I feel they do not take care of customer financially like they did back in the day.

Horrible experience in this dentist. I went to my appointment with pain to do a root canal, 2 hours waiting and the secretary was very rude because I told her that I had waited a long time, then she called the assistant to tell me that they are waiting for the doctor Jose Antonio Novoa because that a tree fell on her house and they invented many lies, the rude secretary tells me I have an appointment for December 29 that the doctor returns, from the 16th to the 29th. 13 days they were going to have me with the nerve of the live tooth. They did not apologize. and the owid g. I left crying with the pain. The secretary told me that I did not give her my name when I arrived that I only asked about the bathroom. Nobody goes to a clinic to use a bathroom for 2 hours. My dogs are better served at the Vet .

After 4-5 years, still coming to this office is HUGE for me. I dislike dentists and always hated going. I'd go once or twice and then stop all together. But Here, I feel relaxed (smooth music over speakers helps ) and well cared and treated for. I have to say they get my Definitely get 5 stars and . I drive all the way from Homestead. The Ambiance is both calm and professional. The staff is courteous and attentive. I hope to continue going to Novoa DDS for years to come. Best practice in kendall!!

After 4-5 years, still coming to this office is HUGE for me. I dislike dentists and always hated going. I'd go once or twice and then stop all together. But Here, I feel relaxed (smooth music over speakers helps ) and well cared and treated for. I have to say they get my Definitely get 5 stars and . I drive all the way from Homestead. This is the best dental office in the entire state. The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. They treat you with respect and they are always smiling. Dr. Novoa is an excellent doctor, and I think he is somehow an artist. He can do the more complicated procedures with great precision and almost painlessly. He always explains to me all the dental procedures he will perform on me, and he is very patient and kind. I really feel comfortable in this place and I highly recommend it.

The BEST Dentist and staff! I do not normally do reviews/write ups(not always pleased)....but I am so pleased with this service for past three years. Dr. Novoa is so polite, patient and "bedside manners" so remarkable. Wonderful, and very polite Staff. Thanks to Dr Calixto Novoa , DDS and wonderful staff for excellent service rendered!

Not only were we greeted with smiles, the office was super clean, the staff incredibly pleasant. The level of order and professionalism far surpassed others I've seen. And the grand generosity of the Dr. Novoa who from even a distance, you can eye his kindness. Thank you for making my son truly WANT TO SMILE TODAY.
