I get here early, and I'm always waiting at least an hour just to have someone help me. I've been sitting in the doctor's office for an hour which makes me wonder what the hell is the point with scheduling. Everytime I come here it's always at least an hour wait. I wish they'd pay me for the amount of time I'm just waiting aimlessly here.

Simply. The. Best. This is seriously the best dental group I've ever experienced. From the fact they got me in early on a Saturday morning with a dental emergency, to the friendly staff, so thorough and precise while cleaning and taking care of an infection and the BIG Bonus is that they take the Care Credit card 0% for 12/24 mo's. I've been waiting too long to take care of several crowns, filling cavities and getting my teeth straightened that I let to much pile up. What they've done now is provided me with a really comfortable plan of action that I can bite off in small portions... Pardon the pun :) I didn't anticipate being in the office quite so long on my initial visit so they provided me with a really healthy snack to make sure I didn't pass out in the chair and I thought that was just top-notch treatment. (That, and the fact they do not charge for the consultation and exam) I can't say enough good things about them and I'm excited I found them. BTW I read such great Google reviews about them (5's) and that's how I made my choice and that's why I decided to leave a stellar review here for you.

If you value the quality of your dental care and integrity of the qualifications of your provider, I would NOT recommend this dental clinic. If (for whatever reason) you are a patient at this clinic, do NOT passively receive care. Assertively ask questions. After receiving all four wisdom teeth extractions at this clinic, I developed a dry socket and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) soon afterward. Given that I have never experienced any TMJ-related issues in the past, it is most likely attributable to the excessive, uncontrolled force used to extract my left mandibular wisdom tooth. While I am disturbed that the risks of the extraction were not properly explained prior to the surgery, words do not describe how unsettling it was to later learn that an oral surgeon did NOT perform the procedure. I will bluntly say (and it CANNOT be argued) that it was performed by a dentist who did NOT have a comparable level of experience. Had I known, I would have refused treatment. The manager redirected responsibility to me because I made the assumption and did not ask whether he was an oral surgeon. I disagree because as a patient, it is EXPECTED that a qualified provider will perform your treatment. A lack of integrity is evidently possible. As if this were not enough, during my last visit, I was casually diagnosed with a crown by the administrative personnel in the absence of the dentist. How could I even ask questions or have the dentist justify his clinical judgement, if ABSENT? Am I supposed to take an administrative personnel's word for it even when it is obvious that she does not have any level of qualifications to make a diagnosis? Dealing with a stringent manager who disregarded my requests in lieu of inconveniences, my experience included (yet was not limited to) not understanding why I was obliged to an out-of-pocket fee for access to low-quality images of x-rays (my insurance had completely covered all costs so indirectly I had paid for them). Given my experiences at a different provider who readily provided x-rays digitally via email without an out-of-pocket fee, I could not fathom why it was compulsory. The only relief is that I will NOT receive subpar quality of care from this clinic. If there is one important lesson that I learned, it is to NOT receive care passively and assertively ensure that you are receiving the care that you deserve (or are quietly being charged for I should say).
