My name is Kevin, and I have been under Dr. Sabaghs care for the past year. When I first came in to see her, I felt at the end of the rope. Like many with TMJD, I had to go through hoops and hurdles to get to see an Orofacial Pain Specialist, and have my health insurance cover it. However, when I finally got to Dr. Sabagh, I felt some hope. She did a thorough check to rule out any other disorders that may not be related to joint issues, and she was able to determine that my left TMJ has mild arthritis through the review of Cone Beam X-ray.
When I first came in, I could barely open my mouth, but through daily jaw stretches, trigger point injections, and wearing a night guard at night I am able to manage my pain and have full range of motion when opening my mouth.
The not knowing what is causing this pain, having medical professionals push me off to next specialist saying that cant help me, and reading whats online (dont do that ha-ha), really increased the stress. Which aggravated my TMJD even more. However, once I was in Dr. Sabaghs care she was able to provide me with whats wrong, and how to treat the pain. Which relieved a lot of stress that revolves around this disorder.
She was empathic to my concerns, and I didnt feel like I was treated like a number, but as an actual patient. She is very knowledgeable in this area, and I recommend anyone with orofacial pain to see her. Thank you, Dr. Sabagh.

I been going with Dr. Nizar for over 20yrs and I been happy with is service. Even the Ana the assistant has been really great with us. Always taking care of me and my wife. The clinic is really clean and it makes me be comfortable everything I go.

I have been going to Dr Alteir Nizar for last 7 yrs for deep cleaning, fillings, root canal, infections, bridges, etc. He has steady hand, does great job to take care of your death. Out of pocket costs, always is very reasonable. Staff is friendly. Got appointments almost always when I needed.

Came for a cleaning for the first time last month and I have to say that the cleaning hygienist was very rough and made my jaw hurt and it was like that for many days! so be ware first and last time coming! If i could I would give it a zero star!

I had doctor Nizar for 10 years, never fully happy with the service but ok overall. The problem is that he doesn't need so many patients anymore so he can just mistreat the ones he gas as he wishes. I am a mom and I asked several times the office to let me know if the doctor is running late due to previous patients as i live 5 minutes away. I always had to wait between 30 to 45 minutes. Unacceptable. I left many times without the treatment because he ran late. No one called, no one was sorry, no one apologized This is a doctor and a clinic that doesn't care about their patients. I moved on..

Totally inexperienced doctors and so mean front desk woman they tried hard to let you make bridges or implant because they have their own lab with a lot of money and not good quality I don't recommended this place

I have been a patient of California smile for the past 15 yrs. Both doctors are very high experience had a couple of crowns and a bridge at a very affordable price. everyone at the office it's nice and I always feel comfortable going there for my dental needs.i am schedule for my implant this week with Dr. nizar at a very affordable price. I highly recommend this dental office
