Dr. Osibin in California Oral and Facial surgery in Alameda was excellent!! He is professional, caring, and thorough. My daughter who was the patient for the removal of her wisdom teeth said he was great and helped reduced her anxiety.

My doctor recommended that I should try this place out, so I had high hopes that these dentists would provide well service for my son. However, after visiting once, I can conclude that this place provides the worst and most unfair service to its customers. Before booking an appointment, I provided all the necessary insurance and information to see if my insurance would cover all the expenses that my son needed to get his wisdom tooth removed. After scheduling the appointment, I called in a week before to ask if I needed to pay money for my son's x-ray checkup, and they replied no, saying that we do NOT need to pay. On the day of the appointment, I asked the office once again if we needed to pay, and they also said no again, so my son got his teeth checked out. However, I received a letter from this place yesterday saying that I needed to pay $205 for the Consultation fee. I clearly asked the front desk so many times if I needed to pay before, and every time, they said no. But now I suddenly get a letter from them saying that I need to pay? This is extremely outrageous and unjust. If I needed to pay, then I wouldn't have gone at all. They should have just been clear about it. This place is completely filled with lies and deceit. If you're thinking of going to this place, please reconsider carefully. Don't make the same mistake as I did. To the California Oral and Facial Surgery: Take back your damn letters.

Had a great experience. Was scared of the whole process at first but Dr Osibin made me feel comfortable and the process was quick and painless. Would recommend this place 1000 times.

I was referred to California Oral & Facial Surgery for the severe pain I was experiencing due to my wisdom tooth. Dr. Osibin and his whole team were friendly and provided amazing customer service from the consultation to post op. Happy I went here because my extraction was painless.

Staff are the sweetest people ever. Had a wisdom teeth removal and was really nervous but Dr. Osibin had such a great attitude through the whole process. I'm really glad I chose to do my surgery here. Overall great experience.
