Dental staff, Monica, Daniela, and Dental Assistant Merely were all very warm and helpful in assisting me with my dental issues. All treated as, an elderly, with respect and dignity. They are indeed valuable assets to the CDG organization. I will surely recommend California Dental Group (CDG) to my family and friends.

Best dentist place I have found!!! Very friendly people. My kids love coming to this dentist, makes them feel comfortable, and always asking them if they are o.k. while working on their teeth. I totally recommend this place. Monica in the front desk is super friendly, and goes the extra mile to try to accommodate you with your schedule. I will keep coming to this dentist and they are very affordable too. They also provide orthodontist services. My son had braces done with them, and we are happy with his after results. My daughter is next, and will totally be back to have her braces on here too.

This place must have deleted a lot of their poor reviews because it did not have a 4.6 star rating a few months ago. I was a long time patient here, loved it but its been a few years now where the doctors are literally in and out, dont talk to you or explain anything. Give too much power or responsibility to the front desk and the manager gives out misinformation and gets upset when called on it. They held onto my daughter's authorization, never called me once they received it. When i mentioned it, they ignored me and kept asking when i wanted to schedule her appointment. Not only that but there was a very long delay with the authorization, when i called the authorization number, they said the dental office had sent the wrong authorization and that is why we were being denied. I never went back to that place. never will. dont walk, run away from this place.

Best dental office!!! I live in Riverside and is so worth the drive. The entire staff is polite and professional. We've had numerous experience with different family members at this office. Even my 92 year old mom had new denture done here after her old set done elsewhere gave her many issues.

I am so thankful I found this place! I have hated going to the dentist! Honestly Ive been to others where the people were rude and I've had dentists that are so pushy it makes you feel like all they want is your insurance! But not here!!!! At California Dental Group West Covina, the girls are so sweet and attentive. They show that they really care about the customer Sometimes my schedule would change last minute and I couldn't make the appointment, but the girls would just reschedule for me easily! Special shout out to Monica and Angie! Now as far as the dentists...... they know what they're doing! I've gotten fillings done before but here they check and check and scrape to make sure I had no gaps or holes (Even the tiniest holes that you can't really see) They will take care of you! I'm sticking with them

* Place is clean * All the stuffs are nice and friendly * The stuffs dress code are looking professionally * Dentists are excellent * I am very satisfied with my crowns, inlays, cleaning and implants

I was scheduled for a cleaning and they wouldn't give it to me because they want to wait for authorization for a deep clean. Which means they just wanna make more money while disregarding my original request. Im hoping to edit this review once they make this situation right.

Love this dentist! I usually dread going to the dentist but not anymore. Not only are they very gentle and careful but also fast! They don't leave you in the chair waiting forever. It's a drive for me but it's worth it!

I have been going to this dentist for many years and although I am now living in Arizona, I am still willing to drive out due to the excellent care! Their staff is knowledgeable and very friendly!

Love this dental office!! The dentist and staff are great, really nice, and professional. I received some extensive dental work and they made sure I didn't feel anything and was relaxed. They also did a deep clean which has been one of the best cleans I've ever had! They took their time and even explained to me how to best take care of my teeth at home. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly and good dentist.

I love California dental. I live in the orange county area and I drive all the way up to West Covina because I know that quality is key and distance is not a problem. When you know you're getting quality service you can't put a price on that. Every time I go for a visit they treat me like family the staff is great doctors are amazing! I truly and highly recommend their service to anyone who is planning on getting dental work done. Very few facilities will do what they do for their customers they are amazing!
