If you are a provider and move, don't expect your payments to follow you. For months, if not years, I have received mail for a provider, no doubt a check. I return the letter, but another comes soon after. Don't they read, "no longer at this address"? I have tried sending the letter enclosed in a separate envelope, to no avail. I have called the company and get no help. If you are a provider and expecting payment, be sure to call and let them know your new address, even if you moved years ago.

I was canceled twice with this company and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Please sign up elsewhere ! I promise it's not worth your time and effort going with Ca dental network.

This is a bad company. They don't even have a website that you can log in to see your account information. You have to call their phone number, which sometimes don't work. When it works, the agent can't help you. Let them bill you and then pay. Don't do autopay because if there is an error, they won't refund your payment.

This company is worthless. I have had them for a month and trying to get a hold of them is impossible. I just sat on hold for 10 minutes and right when it said that I was next, they hung up on me. Now I call back and it says they are doing maintenance on their phonelines.

It's a scam. The only time they answer their phones is when a recorded message says they are closed, or when a recorded message tries to sell you something and hangs up on you. The rest of the time, busy signal.

WARNING TO ALL BROKERS AND CUSTOMERS: Go elsewhere I am a benefits broker, meaning I am responsible for selling, managing, and coordinating benefits for companies. Single-handedly the worst Dental network I have had to deal with in all my years. Will not answer the phone, will not answer emails, will not respond to requests.

READ THE FINE PRINT. The prices they list in their "plan" is NOT WHAT THE PRICES YOU WILL PAY. They listed $4 for a filling and $50 for wisdom teeth extraction. We had to pay $88 for the filling and were quoted $1100 for the extraction. Apparently, they only cover fillings for the front teeth and only for the cheaper, older type of fillings that use mercury (which our dentist stopped using cause...it's mercury...). They don't cover "unnecessary" extractions even when the dentist was the one who said we needed to remove it (it's only considered "necessary" if you're in pain -- which seems counterproductive for preventative treatments). There are a ton of hyper-specific "exceptions" that essentially nullify a majority of operations -- stuff like "we cover fillings, BUT only for the front surface of your top front teeth and only if there are no complications". So you better hope your situation fits the exact definition of what they consider covered, or you'll be paying out of pocket. We have the more expensive 595 plan, which is double the price of our previous plan. We chose it specifically for the filling and extraction coverage. And we're not the type to skim over stuff either. My wife and I read through the coverage pamphlet line for line to make sure we had a clear understanding of it. To be this far misled about their coverage is simply infuriating. We feel deeply wronged and can't believe we spent hundreds of dollars paying premiums to only pay hundreds to thousands more for the very treatments we got this plan to cover. Don't use this network. Use someone else. You're might even better off if you pay out of pocket -- it'll save you some money and stress.

This insurance company is a scam! They canceled my dental insurance after automatically withdrawing 11 payments from my account without any explanation. I can't get in contact with them since their phone line is disconnected. Someone should report them to BBB and sue them for selling phony dental coverage to people. What a shame.

It was such a struggle to deal with this organization, I would suggest you don't bother. It took me months to get someone to answer the phone. If they have a web presence, it is so hard to find that it's not worth having. I couldn't even figure out how to pay them!

Impossible to get a hold of every time I get someone on the phone after 10 minute hold time, call gets dropped and they won't bother to call back so repeat and your teeth won't get fixed

I had an issue, and got it resolved. Communication once on the phone does work. Just be diligent.

I enrolled with these guys for a few months. Never got anything in the mail. Called and was never helped. From my limited experience with these guys, I got the sense they run a very shady operation. Payed them for 3 months and was never even acknowledged or helped in anyway.

Great value, but their customer support needs to improve. Only way of contacting them is by phone, but anytime I've tried to call them it is dead silent the first time I call. And then after waiting a second time for 10 mins the call does go through and they are very helpful. Pro tip: if their number isn't working, add +1 at the front of the number ;)

Never never again. It's a joke to cancel the plan. Fax no answer, the e-mail no response, the phone line always busy. Stay away! It takes 2 weeks to get my insurance card, and you can't use it before that because I have no card number.

Terrible. I've reached out multiple times now about getting my dental card and have yet to receive anything.
