Bad place, Do not respect the time they provide you to come in, last time I came in a customer was telling them he was waiting to long and was scheduale a certain time and they have them attitiude like if he had the fault why they were taking to long to attend them,i do not recommend anyone here every expensive promise thing and then dont acoconplish them Thank god i was able to go somewhere else that took my insurance and was not charging me as much as they were saddly my husband got treated here and now having problems with them like some of this other review i berly read

I have been with this dental office for some years. One year I had a hiccup n I didn't come in because of certain personnel. But then I had to come in to get the work that I had left behind completed. The personnel changed and for the better! I cannot say enough about this particular office and not to mention that my mom comes here, my sister, my brother, my cousin n her daughter and even my boyfriend!! They accommodate you in so many different ways. They are even open on Saturdays! It's a bilingual office Spanish mainly. It's a small office but carries a big punch in care of the patient! I really REALLY love it n highly recommend! 5 stars for me if I could do more I would! . Might I add that I live in CHINO n I do the commute! Be sure to ask for Candace n Dr Kwan if I can be specific! To bad I can't post a picture . Thank you Dr Kwan n the office crew!

Horrible place. My dad went to get his teeth fixed they charged him about 9k. The teeth they fixed kept falling out every couple of months. They gave him a 5 year warranty yet they wanted to charge him 20k to repair the job they messed up in the first place. I will be contacting the better business bureau! They are crooks!!!

It was bad experience. I went to this place cause I had a emergency and then they told me that I have to fix other problems I have had before. I wish never listened to them because now i have more problems cause I have a pain 2 days ago and I went to other doctor they said the filling they did for u wasn't good that's why he has to redo that. I was going to sue the doctor and office hopefully they refund all my money soon if not I'll do it.never come back

I am very pleased to share my experience here at California Dental Group, first of all they're great staff together back, front and Dr's, always making sure all our needs are taken care, they also have very affordable prices, plus they've very convenient schedule they're open Saturdays I been here for over 6 years and always have had great experiences I do believe that if you're positive in life Always will get the good positive things around you vs when you're unhappy will think that all others are wrong. We moved from Chicago 2.5 hrs ago where I had started the process of replacing a broken bridge, tooth extraction and bone grafting and I was be yound nervous continuing the process in a new state. I asked for a recommendation on a OC mom group and California Dental was highly recommended to me and I am so glad I asked around rather than just blindly going. I started going to Dr. Hussein 2 yrs ago and the process of getting 3 implants started and was completed within 6 months, a process you can not rush, and the end result now over 1 yr ago is simply amazing!!! Dr. Hussein and his office staff are on top of things and shred all financial aspect up front and I open up an account with care credit to pay it off in 2 yrs at 0% interest.

Went because of the low ball offer of $29. for exam & cleaning. They took x-rays & I particularly told the Asian Dentist to take a look at my molar which was hurting. She said it was all A-Ok & recommended the different kinds of cleaning they offer -which start off @ 900.00!!! Anyhow - I declined. And, my tooth ache still didn't go away so I went to Dr. Joshi (Newport Ave, Tustin) who was available to see me right away. He confirmed there was an infection and gave me pain killers & started me off on the anti-biotic. Sad these guys wasted my time as I had to go on 2 different appts and didn't do anything. What kind of dentist doesn't recognize tooth infection even after x-rays!! Pretty incompetent.
