Oral health should always be a priority in your life, regardless of your age,eating habits, andfinancial situation. We urge everyone, regardless of whether or not you are a patient at California Dental Group, to develop good oral hygiene habits, such as brushing and flossing your teeth, using mouthwash, and frequently attending check-ups to prevent tooth decay, discoloration and pain. These small acts of maintenance will minimize the treatments youll need at the dental office, but they wont eliminate your need for a dentist!
Dr.JasonMorgan is the primary dentist and CEO at California Dental Group. Hecomes from a family of dentists and is a graduate of the University of Southern Californias School of Dentistry. Dr. Morgan personally helps hundreds of patients improve their smile each year.
Dr. Morgan is acaring, skilled professional, dedicated to simplifying what is often a very complicated and difficult area of health care. He wants all of his patients to be informed and knowledgeable about their dental health care, from treatment plans and services, to insurance coverage.
Dr. Morgan is a member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He also participates in specialized training for leading edge dental procedures.He is also a father of four children, and an avid Los Angeles Lakers fan.

My first appointment a year ago, they "couldn't find my insurance in their system" despite my showing a valid insurance card. I had to pay up front. I chased them and my insurance around for months and in the end my insurance paid them and I never got my reimbursement (despite me doing their insurance clerks job for them). I'm old and have had dental care since I was 4. My whole life I have never been told I need braces, yet, this place tries repeatedly to get me to get invisalign (for why I don't know) and tries to sell me whitening plans every visit. They also repeatedly provide services without my knowledge that cost extra and I find controversial at best (such as clorhexidine rinse at the low low cost of 100$ per visit). Today I needed a routine cleaning but am pregnant and decided to forgo the xrays (since last cleaning I was told I had excellent dental health). I told them every step of the way, booking the appointment, confirming the appointment, getting my Dr to fill out their form authorizing service during pregnancy, and signing in that I want a routine cleaning only and Would. Not. Get. Xrays. Upon arrival the front desk made me sign a waiver for xrays and I said "Im not having xrays. If you try to give me xrays I will be leaving." She said "just sign it" and she would ask the back and let me know. So what do they do but get their xray clerk to bring me to the xray seat and start prepping for xrays! They even tried to use the form my doctor signed (with a big fat x through the xrays) as evidence that I needed to have the xrays (which is ridiculous because my Dr doesn't check my teeth, he just signed the form they sent to him at my request so I could get a cleaning). They never tried to initiate a discussion on the risks vs. benefits of xrays during pregnancy, or explain why they felt that xrays were necessary beyond "it's routine". As far as I can tell it is just that my insurance will pay them for it. So I left and will never be going back. Icing on the cake is after I left I got a voicemail from their office manager regarding an issue with an appointment where someone didn't want to get xrays done and left because of it... Except it wasn't my name they used and the details about the health history wasn't mine. They started talking about implants and CT scans of which I've never had either. Avoid this place like the plague. Disorganized, disrespectful and money hungry.

California Dental Group of South Anaheim I had six crowns and a partial done by this Group. I was told it would take two months, but it took three. The temporary molar crowns they put in worked fine. When they put my two molar crowns on I told the dentist that they did not fit right and he said they were just new and I would get use to them. I made another appointment and this time the dentist told me that teeth had to be that way or the porcelain could crack. The third time I saw him he told me that was the way that the "Lab" had made the crowns and my partial and there was nothing he could do about it. I now, for the rest of my life, have a partial that does not fit right and molar crowns that do not grind the food that I eat.

Besides the nice receptionist the place is money hungry. That head bobbing financial woman is so flaky. Glad I found a place that only does required dental care that I need. Even the x-rays woman behaved her job was to convince you to do the plan they say you need.

I was fearful of pain they made me feel comfortable and there was no pain after 11 teeth were extracted the next day very slight pain the prescription took care of that better every day thanks

This is a great dental office , staff is very friendly and answered every question I had, they take their time to explain everything they will be doing for you to be reassured that all will go well. Dr. Rivarro was patient and frequently checked on me through my procedures. I highly recommend this office .

Bad Experience. I was pressured into paying money up front, I called my insurance and they Never received a bill. Once I mentioned that I was getting an attorney, all of a sudden my bill was sent to the dental insurance company. I requested that my bridge be canceled and the staff refused without giving a reason. Do not go here. Find another honest dentistry first. Not worth a 1 star. Disappointed with how money means more than clients welfare or well being.

My mom went to this dental office and paid over 2000 for a root canal, and crown called insurance today and they advised they have on records of crown being submitted to insurance. Insurance asked if I had history of payment with the codes and I don't have the codes just a history of what they charged her. Be careful what you get done and make sure to follow up with your insurance and see if they submitted all the dental work that was done. I wouldn't even give a 1 star only cause I have to
