Dr. Gloor and I have after 90 days resolved our matter. Gloor sent her patients case numerous times to the wrong address. Causing lab delays which she blamed us for. She didnt return phone calls. Communication is the key to any relationship no one likes to have their needs overlooked.

Because I grind my teeth sleeping, I went to Dr. Gloor for a mouth guard fitting. She had made an impression of my teeth at the previous appointment. I thought this was going to be a quick appointment just to see if the guard fit. Dr. Gloor was very meticulous in making sure the guard fit exactly as it should so I would not have issues such as headache, sensitive teeth, jaw pain. She spent an hour adjusting by filing the guard to fit my bite. The process was so labor intensive, back & forth filing and biting. It's been 3 days and I have no issues with the mouth guard. Thank you, Dr. Gloor for being so meticulous.

Dr. Gloor seems very nice and I've been her patient for years, but after I transferred to another dentist ( because of complications with one of my teeth) I was told (after seeing 2 different dentists for evaluation) that I needed an extensive dental work. Since I last saw dr. Gloor (after 7 months, due to Covid) I had to do 5 additional crowns + root canal and to this date (after about a year) I already paid over $6,000 out of my pocket . I have good insurance but the benefits were exhausted after the first restorative work ( a root canal + porcelain crown). Dr. Gloor's admin staff changes on the regular basis. When I asked her to send me me a copy of my x-rays, I got the wrong one (not my mounth). I've never been in such a situation with any of my previous dentists.

I'm a long time patient. I'm always treated well and am never kept waiting. The office is very well run and professional. My favorite part - sweet Lulu, Dr. Gloor's dog, who sat/slept on my lap the entire appointment.
