The worst experience of a basic cleaning I have ever had. He was very rough and she didn't control the suction and water well at all. After chocking and hurting several times I finally got up and took off the bib and walked out. I am 59 yes old I have had many many basic cleanings before never like that I will never go back to that place again!

I've been here several times now my very first time there I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before being told it would most likely be another hour wait. The following visit I drive all the way there to find that they had rescheduled me and forgot to let me know. My third appointment, they called me the week before to reschedule but could t get me in for another 3 months. FINALLY, after waiting for 3 months, I got in! I had my teeth cleaned and I had fillings done in my bottom molars and they used a LOT of numbing which was awesome because i didnt feel anything at all. My entire face was numb for a few hours after and it was great. I'm A month later I had to come back for fillings in my top molars and it was awful and has been awful ever since. There was nowhere near enough numbing so I felt everything. I I go home after and my teeth are just really sensitive when I eat or drink anything and Its still like that a few days later so I make a follow up appointment which was today. This time no numbing. Nothing at all. And she was prodding a hook in between all of my teeth and drilling and scraping . I told her both sides were still very sensitive but my left side had a hole I could feel with my tongue and when I did it was a shooting and shocking pain. So instead she ignored that side and "re filled" my right side and told me to have a nice day. When I asked about the right side, she basically brushed it off and said she didnt see anything wrong.... Even though she never even looked. She said to come back in three months and then got up and left. Overall This has been a disappointing experience to say the least because now I need to either find a dentist and pay out of pocket or continue to waste my time going to the only place that takes my insurance and but does shorty work and doesn't listen to patients. It's super messed up that theres not any other options for cencal patients.

Terrible experience ZERO STARS if I could. You guys just need to clean shop and rid all staff, Start over completely. How are you even in business with these knuckleheads running your desk? 10/25/22 I had been rescheduled FOUR times between Friday And Tuesday. I drive 50 minutes south, taking time from my job to get to my appointment. Tried to call them on heavy traffic and of-course they don't ever answer the phone but I saw the Hispanic brunette with the bun next to the blonde answer her personal cell phone on the job at 12:10pm on 10/25. So they try to turn me away saying I was "late" but then suddenly "we will fit you in." Because they don't freaking answer the phone and don't know how to schedule properly to save their life. Okay cool. So, I wait THIRTY minutes before they tell me wait, no. We scheduled you an incorrect appointment. You were scheduled incorrectly by the front office manager a few weeks back. We can't see you after all today. Back an hour north that cost me time from my job. Because people don't do theirs, apparently. Covid is over, what's the deal? Why do your employees have their cell phones at the desk but they can't answer the business line? The Laziness is repairable but I would say with potentially a better manager because a team is only as good as its leader. It's so obvious: The employees are failing! They are inaccurate. Costing customers time. Unapologetic. Don't pick up the phone. Don't schedule properly (Hispanic brunette girl with the bun wearing a mask sitting on her butt the whole time on her cell phone actually blamed her manager for that one!) Just a very lazy energy about this place. We are can't recommend and we won't return. You lost 4 clients in my family alone, and marketing wise, definitely 100% of my click won't ever go there.

Good communication. They had a new dentist. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience. Daughter has anxiety, but she didn't flinch once with this dentist.

My post today is concerning! Dr. Sanati extracted an upper tooth on the right side. Prior my daughter was on antibiotics for 1 week from an infection. Her teeth are beautifully cared for but an extra tooth next to her other needed extracting. During the extraction Dr. Sanati chipped her other tooth, sending her home with a gaping hole and chipped tooth which happened during procedure. The assistant gave her two gauze with no verbal instructions. Swelling occurred with throbbing pain. Tylenol is all she had for pain because Ibruprofen hurts her stomach. When a request for a stronger pain relief was requested she was ignored. Uncaring and unnecessary. I wouldn't recommend any Dentist who doesn't give aftercare for their patients and takes no responsibility for additional discomfort my daughter endured throughout the night.

Ladies were polite, but I was really rushed. They didn't floss my teeth for my cleaning. My dentist was in a rush and hurt my teeth. Told me my wisdom teeth didn't need to be removed when I know that they do because of what a previous dentist told me and then proceeded to tell me to come back in a year for a check up when it's supposed to be every six months. I am on Cencal/Medical because I grew up in the foster system and I hate it when I'm treated differently because of it. I know my insurance covers 6 month visits and my wisdom teeth removal. Plus I am pregnant and stuff like this makes me really emotional. I know you're busy and have a lot of clients, but everyone should be treated with care. Especially when you're just trying to take care of your health.

Friendly & efficient staff. Easy to set desired appointment. Seen within 5 minutes of appointment time. Dentist & assistant are well trained, they explain your treatment plan, your comfort is their priority throughout any procedure & they explain any follow up appointments needed & set the appointments at that time. The dentist there is excellent & highly recommend Cali-Dental.
