Girlfriend went in because of severe toothaches (which have been hindering sleep for a week now) caused by messed up past dental procedures. She specifically stated that ibuprofen medication does not work, and was prescribed some anyways despite what she had said. No proper work will be done for another 3 weeks. Seriously baffles me how someone can be in great pain, and the one group of people they should be able to trust give basically 0 help. I hope cleanings go well in the 3 weeks my girlfriend cries in pain!

Had the most pleasant appointment I've honestly ever had at a dentist office. I've never felt more listened to, or welcome in a dental office. I have severe anxiety, and everyone was calm and kind, which really helped to ease my nervousness. I will definitely keep going back.

Horrible customer service with the ladies that work the front desk. Rude and unacceptable behavior, especially when they switch their language from English to Spanish, which I am glad I am 100% bilingual, and can understand all the rude comments and gossip that they say to eachother. Although the actual dentists are great and nice and professional and skilled in their profession. My complaints will be going further up the chain of command as well.. let's hope an attitude change takes place soon or a new front desk staff. Thank you for your time.

I filled out my information online and the receptionist told me that they didn't find my name in their file. That makes me question the security of their website because you have to submit your social security number, insurance, etc, prior to your appointment. They then had me fill out my information on an iPad that they handed to me. I walked in through the office (with the assistant) and the dentist did not introduce himself. He told me that we were going to have a cleaning done after he looked through my teeth briefly. His assistant was nice and she was able to help me. While my teeth were getting cleaned, the water that he was spraying in my mouth while cleaning my teeth kept spraying into my eyes underneath my glasses. Every time he scraped my teeth to clean off the plague, it hurt so much. It felt like he was stabbing the gum above my teeth and I could see all the blood being sucked out of my mouth. I now have to go in for several tooth fillings for a future appointment. I do NOT recommend Lompoc's CaliDental. Please find a family office who will accept new patients. The reviews I've read and things I've heard about this office are horrid.

The entire staff that I had to deal with were very patient & helpful even when I arrived to my appointment without the things I needed & didn't mind helping me get them. And they were all very friendly which goes a long way with me, being a homeless man trying to get his life together. Most people aren't friendly. Very happy I found them and will stick with them as long as I'm in Lompoc. Thank you Friends!
