Dr. Brooks Uniat received a Bachelor of Science degree at Pacific Union College. He went on to advance his education at Loma Linda University where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1999. Dr. Uniat and has been providing quality dental care in Caldwell since 2005. He is also an active member of the Western Treasure Valley Dental Association and the Idaho Dental Association. Dr. Uniat is dedicated to dental health and continues to research the latest technology and become trained in new techniques to offer his patients with optimal care. Dr. Brooks Uniat and his wife, Alisa, have been married for 10 years and have 2 wonderful girls. Besides spending time with his family he also enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, gardening, sports and listening to music.

Dr. Brooks treated my daughter almost like she was family. She had a bad experience at the last dentist. We're so thankful to have found Caldwell Family Dentistry! He's our new dentist!

Every experience at Caldwell Family Dentistry is positive! I cannot remember NOT being a patient at this office, which operates as though it was located downtown Mayberry USA. Dr. Uniat and his entire staff are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and experienced. I drive by many Nampa dental offices on my way to this one 20 miles from my home. I have greatly benefited from doing so.

BEST DENTIST AND STAFF EVER!!! My teeth were destroyed from chemo in 2004. Dr. Uniat gave me a better smile than I had prior to chemo! It's so amazing to be able to talk without covering my mouth and have a genuine smile again!

Dr Brooks Uniat is amazing. I chipped my front tooth pretty bad over the weekend and he fit me in first thing Monday morning and fixed my teeth and I think they look even better than before! So very happy how they took care of me. Thank you!

Extremely friendly staff, professional and timely. No push to upsell anything. More of a professional business than a high end (look) establishment where the money the dentistry can make from their clients pays for that look. Been looking for this since our previous dentist retired 6 years ago. The drive from Meridian is worth it.

Dr. Uniat and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The assistant and Dr. explained the procedure thoroughly Dr. Uniat was very gentle. I'm not a dentist person, but I would recommend Caldwell Family Dentistry and Dr Uniat 100%.

I have gone to Caldwell Family Dentistry for many years and have never been disappointed. In fact the level of their professionalism and care for each patient from the friendly front desk to each well trained team member is at the top of the charts. It is obvious that Dr. Uniat enjoys being a dentist and it reflects in the way he meets each patient and he always fully explains what will be done in his procedures and makes you feel comfortable. You really need to give Caldwell Family Dentistry a chance!

We have gone here for years. The dentist, hygienist, and other staff are very professional and know what they are doing. At the same time, they treat you like a family friend.

This place is very calm. I've gone here my whole life and I don't have to say anything. The hygienists are very friendly but what sets this place apart is the dentist himself. He is GENTLE. When he's doing a filling your head doesn't get pushed around or anything like that. He takes his time and does a great job.
