Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

My husband and I both have Essence Advantage HMO with dental benefits at specific dentists, Dr. Caldieraro being one. We have no copay for preventive care, but we were both charged copays of $35 and $25 as well as $126 each for full mouth xrays which we didn't agree to nor were told about. After lengthly conversations with his office they agreed to refund these overcharges if we sign a release. We would encourage anyone considering this office to do their research before they go. Asking questions in the office didn't help me at all because I specifically told the hygentist that I did not want anything that was not covered by my preventive care.

Caldieraro Family Dentistry is an excellent place to get almost any kind of dentistry work done. Dr. Caldieraro and his staff are very professional and definitely care about their patients on a personal level. Dr. Caldieraro is the most pain-free dentist I have ever known or had work on my teeth more than 60 years of dental work. I highly recommend Dr. C (Andrew) and his team for your dental needs. They are highly skilled AND very nice people!

I've never had an issue with Dr Caldieraro's office. The staff is friendly and they get you in and out while addressing all your concerns. I would recommend this practice!

It was my first visit at this office, but everybody was VERY friendly and helpful. One of my old huge filling needed to be replaced for it was cracked. Doctor Caldieraro did an EXCELLENT job. It did not hurt even after the long procedure. He explained everything clearly. I was always afraid to go to the dentist, but this time I had a very positive experience. I would recommend him to anybody. Finally I have found my dentist, and I will definitely go back. Thank you for the wonderful job.

The doctor and staff at Caldieraro Family Dentistry are wonderful. I've alway been afraid of going to the dentist, but I was so pleased with both their professionalism and compassion. I had to have two extractions. The care I received was outstanding. I highly recommend.
