The staff members at Calabasas Dental Institute are experienced, certified assistants. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR certified.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).

If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office or email them to us at info@calabasasdentalinstitute.com. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional X-Rays are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
Dr. Armen Galustian has been a dentist since 2002 and is a graduate ofUSC Dental School. Dr. Armen Galustian comes from a family of dentists. His father and his brother both share the same passion for dentistry.
Dr Armen Galustian has many years of experience as a cosmetic dentist and with the help of his brother, Dr Razmik Galustian, they offer the most comprehensive treatment in order to get the best smile makeover for their patients.
Dr. Armen has extensive training on the use of digital imaging and photography and offers comprehensive cosmetic, restorative, and preventive care including: top-quality porcelain veneers, dental implants,Invisalign and dental bondings.

Dr. Razmik Galustian graduated from the Azad University Dental School in 2003. After moving to the United States, he attended U.C.L.A. advanced standing program to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
Dr. Paul S. Applefield has accrued over 30 years of experience in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. After receiving an undergraduate degree from University of Southern California, Dr. Applefield completed dental training at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Following graduation, Dr. Applefield conducted a successful practice in Northridge, California.
In addition to general dentistry, Dr. Applefield is especially well-versed in root-canal treatment, placing porcelain veneers and crowns, and a variety of other restorative and cosmetic work. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Applefield is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Fernando Dental Society, where he served on a number of committees and in other leadership positions.

A very nice kind man, with a gentle touch. Patient, and I am never good at a Dentist. I feel comfortable with Dr. Armen. The front desk is also very nice and accommodating .

I'm hoping this review helps anyone reading who has a phobia of the dentist ,dental work or major anxiety like me . I went to different places before I found Dr. Armen Galustian . Look no further-I cannot recommend him enough . He is patient , gentle , understanding and an overall great dentist . I once found myself in a painful dental emergency and he did everything possible to help and fix the problem . Melissa the office manager is awesome and the front and back office staff are all very kind too . Unfortunately my insurance changed so I may have to find another dentist but I'm considering staying and paying out of pocket -yes he is that great .I 'll continue to recommend their office to anyone who asks . I have to say Dr. Armen has a way of putting me at ease. I've always been super anxious at the dentist as I have sensitive teeth. He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and talks me through everything so I know what to expect.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Dr. Armen and office team are the best! They make you feel comfortable and at ease. This is especially important to me because just the thought of local anesthesia gives me anxiety. I'm extremely glad I found Dr. Armen.
