Dr. Lacorn is amazing!!!!!! I saw him in the Lecanto office. I was in so much pain for weeks before my appointment and he took the time to listen to my concerns, target the true issue and even verbally spoke to me through each step of the procedure to make sure I knew what was coming and that I was doing good. I highly recommend him for everyone! Thank you Dr. Lacorn!!!!

D Sajdak 2 weeks ago September 18, 2018, Dr. LeCorn did a root canal on an upper molar. When he injected anesthesia I felt a shock like sensation go through my jaw, I started to sweat, and my heart began to race. I had to get out of the chair and walk around. When I sat back down he said it was a large needle. After the root canal there was a constant pressure that would turn into an ache in my upper jaw. I went back to Dr. LeCorn and I asked him if the problem was another tooth or if he had injured a nerve. He quickly responded, "I did nothing wrong." He said it could be a possible sinus problem. I went to an ENT and CAT Scan showed no sinus problem. I went back to Dr. LeCorn and told him this and he took down the bite and suggested a mouth guard. I wore the mouth guard, but the problem persisted. My dentist recommended a second opinion. January 16, 2019, another Endodontist took down the bite on the crown and suggested retreatment of the tooth. I went back to Dr. LeCorn and told him what the Endodontist had said to me. I told him that if he did not want to do the retreatment, could I have my money back so I could have it done elsewhere. He again said nothing was wrong with the tooth, no refund, no retreatment. April 26, 2019 my dentist took a CAT Scan and saw that an inflammation of the gum above tooth had developed. He thought it was a possible infection and prescribed antibiotics. They did not work. April 29, 2019 I went back to Dr. LeCorn. Although I brought a copy of my dentist's CAT Scan, Dr. LeCorn said he could not open it and did his own CAT Scan. He said he saw nothing wrong with the tooth? He recommended that if problem persists to extract the tooth. I asked if retreatment was possible and he reluctantly and angrily retreated the tooth that day. He never came back into room to check the final picture of the tooth. May 6, 2019, I took the CAT Scan to another dentist. He said in his experience it looked like a cracked tooth. By May 8, 2019, I could not even bite down on that tooth. I went to my dentist and had it pulled, but the pressure and ache in my upper jaw remained. After numerous doctor visits concerning the aching in my upper jaw, I wound up at Shands neurosurgery Dec. 5, 2019. The diagnosis was "dental nerve injury." I was referred to oral surgery at Shands. Jan. 3, 2020, the diagnosis was that they "cannot rule out iatrogenic injury to infraorbital nerve during injection of local anesthesia." They said if the problem was caught earlier there may have been a form of treatment. I have suffered from the damage to the nerve ever since this happened. Dr. LeCorn will still avow he did nothing wrong, but the problem started when he did the root canal, so you be the judge.

Dr. LeCorn's team is top notch! I am a dentist and writing this review on my dad's behalf. Since I don't live near my parents, I was unable to treat my dad's tooth pain. Who does a dentist trust to take care of their family? Only the best! My dad had a dead tooth that was infected with tremendous pain and he could not chew for weeks. Dr. LeCorn accommodated him immediately the next day and promptly disinfected his molar root canal, then provided an excellent root canal filling (trust me I checked the x-rays and it was textbook) within an hour of his arrival. My dad called me after the appointment to tell me how friendly the staff treated him and how much better he felt immediately. His told me in Chinese that Dr. Lecorn is "#1 and the best dentist he has ever seen because his treatment was swift, painless and decisive...this is the work of a expertise", he insisted. I cannot agree more!

I've come to the conclusion that this place of business weather you have insurance or not or weather you make 100k a year or not will treat you like trash unless you are slingin your money around like some poppin joker! I get people have a bad day. But "I guess you won't get the work" MR nasty attitude on the phone assuming we "don't have the funds" It's not that nor is our income a thing a receptionist should pass judgment on or when asking a question a doctor should answer should he be the one to make that call! We will be speaking tomorrow and hopefully this guy has a better attitude this time or I just might take this to the bigger boss. Also note, will update because if he's quick to do this to people my age you bet he's treating the elderly worse!

Dr. LeCorn and his staff are top notch! I was referred for a root canal because my dentist said that my case was difficult. Dr. LeCorn treated my tooth and had no issues. More importantly I have had no issues! He was quick and painless. The procedure went much better than I expected. I guess there is something to be said for someone with 18 years experience at doing only root canals (I had to ask because he seemed pretty young to me). Hands down the best experience ever and I highly recommend. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgable also!

I have had 3 root canals done by Cala Hills and I highly recommend them. The doctors are very polite and extremely professional. I could tell the doctors were very experienced, as I had absolutely no pain during or after the procedures. My general dentist has complimented their work during my exams as well. I highly recommend Cala Hills, both locations are truly amazing.

My interactions with Dr Lecorn, began when a dear friend of mine, recently introduced me to him. My friend edified him and highly spoke about him being the best Endodontist in the State of Florida. I must admit I was very skeptical about him and his capabilities, not because of any encounter that I had with Dr. Lecorn, but because of a very bad experience I had with another Dentist some 2 decades prior, which left me with a very bad infection in my mouth, loosing several teeth, and not having confidence in any dentist. When I met Dr. Lecorn, I found him to be very professional, patient, people oriented and willing to meet the needs of his patients. After my consultation and taking Xrays with Dr. Lecorn's office, I learned that I needed a root canal. He explained the root canal procedure to me, he did advise their may be some level of pain during the procedure and during the aftercare period. Before , during and after the procedure, Dr Lecorn and his staff was very supportive, kind and gentle. With the root canal completed I had very minimal pain. I followed all of the aftercare instructions and had no complications. I referred several of my associates to Dr. Lecorn's Office, and they too had good experiences with him. I definitely would highly recommend Dr. Lecorn and his staff to anyone. I also agree that he is the best Endodontist in the State of Florida. Thank you Dr. Lecorn for All that you do, and for being the caring Endodontist and person that you are!!! I THANK GOD FOR YOU!!!!

I have had the pleasure of using Cala Hills Endodontics for two separate root canals. Dr.LeCorn and his staff have been more than accommodating of my time and always explained exactly what they were doing and there were no surprise charges at the end of treatment. I know that there is always a possibility of other charges due to the fact that nothing is certain until they actually start treating the issue at hand, which is common sense in any sort of treatment or services we seek out, dental or not. I have nothing but high accolades for Dr. LeCorn and his staff, I felt like my concerns were heard and taken care of promptly and professionally and felt like I was in a safe and caring environment. When one tooth was abscessed, Dr LeCorn went above and beyond to make sure I had the medication to treat the infection before he performed the root canal, which was on an already crowned tooth and made sure he was careful as to not break the porcelain crown. Dr LeCorn also took care of and treated correctly, a botched root canal that I had gotten while serving in the Army and I am forever grateful because I won't lose that tooth now, which is where it was leading if not treated promptly and correctly. Thank you Dr LeCorn and the Cala Hills Endodontics staff for your prompt and stellar job at treating me and my dental needs with care and compassion. Your years of experience are what make you stand out above the rest. I will most definitely seek out Dr. LeCorn and his staff should I need any further assistance in the future with my dental needs.
