Amazing & Incredible are two words to describe my experience with Dr. Cain and her team. I WAS the dad with the crooked teeth while all my kids and my wife had straight teeth. But, its never to have a great smile. I had a few more issues at my age than the normal patient, but Dr Cain (being the genius she is) developed a great plan for me and I was in/out of braces in under 21 months. I needed some help from two other specialists and she was very instrumental in getting me in to see them and keep me on my same timeline. She goes above and beyond because she is a perfectionist. The entire staff at Dr Cain's office is AWESOME and you will get to work with most of them throughout the process. The entire office has a great, relaxed, friendly, caring, and fun vibe. I'm not going to miss the wires & rubber bands, but I am going to miss my appointments and the great friendly staff. I may just go by and stop in every 4 weeks to check on them. They were so AWESOME that I may take them all to Disneyland!!!!! Thank you Dr Cain and staff. Sincerely, Clint B

The receptionist has frequently been rude or condescending. The doctor only examined my son's mouth twice a year. Wish I had a better experience. I won't be bringing my other kids here.

Highly recommend Dr. Cain and her staff! They always make the experience enjoyable and comfortable and are incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate them explaining the process and making sure I understood every step of the way.

The receptionist is incredibly rude. She is condescending and truthfully has no regard for how she represents Dr. Cain or her abilities. Dr. Cain does great work, however she's lost my recommendation and business because her front desk staff consistently shows they have little regard for her patients. Making appointments or simply asking questions was such an unprofessional experience that it is enough for me to seek treatment elsewhere. Disappointing. Update: I was contacted by the owners personally, they were very apologetic and handled the situation very professionally. I appreciate their genuine concern and they seem to have resolved the issue. A great example of ownership and responsibility, as previously stated, Dr. Cain does great work!

Cain Orthodontics offers the most professional and attention to detail work for orthodontics. All three of our children have received excellent care and we would highly recommend their services. The staff is consistently friendly and have gone above and beyond to work with our schedules. Dr. Cain takes pride in her work and is gifted in her field!

Dr. Cain and her entire staff are friendly, professional and exceptional at what they do. We have 4 people in our family that are patients there and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Cain has more knowledge about the mouth and braces than anyone in this Hill Country area. Very professional and her expertise is amazing. My kids like going there and their smiles are happy to have her in the area!
