As part of our goal to accommodate as many patients as possible, Cai Dentistry is open on Saturdays and some evenings. Our practice also strives to accommodate walk-ins. Emergency treatment is also available 24/7 for patients who experience unexpected dental trauma.

Great staff and dentist! They were very patient and friendly, helping me with any questions I had. Dr. Cai was very reassuring while I was there, and gave some very good recommendations with how to improve my hygiene. I would definitely recommend choosing this place as your dentist.

Dr. Cai does excellent work. I am very satisfied with my crown and looking forward to my implant. The Dr. explains thoroughly what he is doing as he proceeds so no surprises..! Anna and the staff are both pleasant and capable.

Dr. Cai is a one of the best dentist in NOVA. He is not only a professional in how he approaches his patients and their dental health, but has the bedside manners to take time to discuss their dental issues and recognize their comfort levels with a dentist. Dr. Chai's staff and team are also fantastic on scheduling and updating you about procedures and costs.

I went in for a tooth extraction and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it went. Dr. Cai is really good at explaining what he is going to being doing and next steps for after the procedure. Anna and the dental assistants are all very friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Cai is an absolute gem and my family is lucky to have him as a dentist. I really appreciate the time that he takes to educate us about our dental health. His chair side manner is off the charts, which makes us feel welcome and comfortable every time. While it's a little difficult to get to the front office on the phone (not surprising because they are getting very popular), they will follow up very quickly if you have requested a earlier appointment on the website. And from being a person who dreaded going to the dentist (not least of which was that I had been told that I needed expensive procedures at another place), I know that Dr Cai will take good care of these chompers. Dr. Cai is very professional. His clinic only accepts cash payment, all card payment including debit card comes with a transaction fee.

I typically give reviews after several experiences but I had such a wonderful first-time visit at Dr. Cai's office that I had to make an exception. Dr. Cai was friendly, very knowledgeable, and collaborative in providing a treatment plan. He was hands-on, in terms of performing actions typically done by a hygienist, and in terms of explaining best practices for good dental health. I really appreciate that no one tried to pressure or upsell more expensive procedures. His staff is so kind and helpful, and the office itself is modern, warm, and inviting.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cai for several years now, he is simply the best. I trust him implicitly. He helped me overcome some pretty intense fears without judgment & always makes me feel like he genuinely cares about his patients getting the dental care they need. My teeth have always been in pretty bad shape, and ive never felt an ounce of judgment from him. He's kind, intuitive, and exceptionally talented. Can't say enough great things about Dr. Cai and his staff.
