Our dental practice here at Dr. Cadottes in Midland, MI is striving to make a difference in the community through dedication to a standard of excellence providing education and positive changes in the oral health care of our patients.
Dr. Mark Cadotte graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1980. After graduation he spent seven years doing dentistry with the Indian Health Services in Iowa, Nebraska, and the Upper Peninsula. He returned to Saginaw in 1987 to work for Blue Care Network until 1999 when the opportunity to purchase the current private practice in Midland arose.
Now a permanent resident of Midland, Dr. Cadotte is a current member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Midland Dental District Dental Society, and has been a clinical instructor in the Dental Hygiene program at Delta College.
Dr. Josiah Most attended college at Central Michigan University, procuring a Bachelor's Degree accompanied with various awards from a venture of artistic pursuits and a major in BioMedical sciences. His Doctorate of Dental Surgery was accredited from the SUNY University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2019.
Upon graduation, he opted to remain in New York state to further pursue a General Practice Residency with the Mohawk Valley Health System at St. Luke's Dental Clinic and hospital. After completion of this additional training in 2020, he then returned to his hometown, Midland, MI, and plans to continue practicing locally in the field of general dentistry to benefit the community.
With family ties from Midland, including his grandfather/mother 's 'Family' and 'Couple' bronze sculptures at The Tridge, Dr. Most intends to remain a permanent resident of Midland. He also means to continue as a member of the Michigan Dental Association, Saginaw District Dental Society, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Most has a variety of interests, but especially enjoys artwork of all mediums being from a family of professional artists. He also does DIY projects, resistance exercise, cooking, and appreciates the hands-on aspects of dental work.

I love jeannie, Alisha and Dr. Mark Cadotte.... the office ladies at the front desk are absolutely miserable. Never helpful, or in a good mood, they answer the phones super rude. I've even been scheduled for an appt on mistake, wasted PTO to come in and just been told 'sorry'... They were training a new girl at the desk. I think her name is Kayla. I HAVE HIGH HOPES FOR HER. She actually smiled. EDIT FROM MY LAST REVIEW- 3-5-2020 I received 2 seperate phone calls and 2 seperate voicemails from this office demanding to know what my review on google was about. When I would not call them back, they used my upcoming appt scheduled 1.5 weeks away to continually call me to 'confirm my appointment'. I just called back to inform them that I signed up for text, email and phone call reminders, and not 4 phone calls, 4 voicemails, 2 texts, and 1 email.

Just walked in was going to talk to receptionist about my appointment. Receptionist was looking right at me and started helping the person behind me. Totally ghosted me. Horrible experience switching dentist. Told them to forget the appointment.

Dr. Cadotte's dental work is excellent. He is fair with the cost of services and never pressures folks. His staff treats the patient with concern and are courteous and very friendly.

Friendly, professional staff greeted us. Dr. Cadotte was very thorough and provided detailed explanations about what was going on with my teeth. I was so impressed that I took my mom to him for help with her dentures and he was able to resolve her problems.

Dr.Cadotte is simply amazing...He totally explained everything that he needed and was doing to me... He got me in quick and gave me my smile back in time for my wedding... I would never go anywhere else... Highly recommend him and his very caring and helpful staff... best dentist I've ever been to... Thank you Dr. Cadotte for everything you are the best

Mark Cadotte was recommended to me when I moved to Midland. Teeth are in good condition, but did have a 'bad filling' from several dentist ago. Cadotte provided some pros and cons to leaving it the way it is vs fixing it, but ultimately left the decision up to me. I decided to have it fixed. Cadotte did an excellent job.
