Sheila and Dr. Cadena have been happily married over 35 years. She has been serving Cadena Dentistry as our Office Manager for over 20 years. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients as well as maintaining a positive and efficient work flow for all employees. Our patients enjoy her positive personality and she strives to keep Cadena Dentistry excelling in excellent customer service. In her free time,she loves to spend every minute with her first grandchild, Kaden and values quality time traveling with her family.
Susan Garcia is our Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Bee County College and received her associates degree of applied science in Dental Hygiene. Susan has been working for Dr. Louis Cadena for over 20 years. She is ready to serve all your dental needs.
Nallely Carrales is our Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from UT Health Science Center of San Antonio and received her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. Nallely enjoys getting to know our patients, educating and provide them with the necessary tools to have the best oral health possible. In her free time, Nallely enjoys going back home to Eagle Pass to spend time with her family. She enjoys working with children and is ready to serve all your dental needs.
Gema joined Dr. Louis Cadenas team in 2006 and enjoys being part of an exceptional dental team. She has over 11 years in dental experience. She is our lab technician and dental assistant. Gema finds helping and educating patients with their dental needs very rewarding. She loves the variety of dentistry. She is blessed with a wonderful family.

It is always a pleasure to have dental work with Dr. Cadena's staff. It feels like family here. Growing up I was afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Cadenas staff changed that for me - They are the BEST!!

We were so happy with our first visits to Cadena Dentistry! Everyone in the office was wonderful to talk to, from the woman at the front desk, to the hygienist and Dentists. We felt very well taken care of and that they were very thorough during the appointments.

Dr Vargas was very professional and went out of her way to ensure the patient's comfort. I wish they'd take Delta Dental Insurance, though. 10/10/22- Dr Cadena was very good about explaining what may be causing discomfort and showed my photos and x-rays to explain how he ruled out other concerns.

Very friendly staff and atmosphere only had x-rays today but found out I don't need a root canal that two other dentist said I had to have, I feel very comfortable going to Dr. Cadena.

Awesome experience!!! Never have I ever had a Dentist who had so much patience, he explained everthing, every step of the process. Made me feel a part of the exam. Staff was nice too.
