My daughter was seen here for 2 years for braces. Every single visit was excellent. They ALWAYS run on time- we never sat in the waiting area for more than 5 min. Everyone is friendly, extremely professional, and someone always either answers the phone promptly or calls you right back. The office runs like a well oiled machine at all times. Dr. Cacchiotti is calm and effective at communicating what the treatment plan is and shows a passion for getting everything just right so that patients are happy with their smiles. This is a no-fluff, professional, and efficient establishment- and my daughter's teeth look beautiful! I couldn't be happier with our experience.

Very nice staff, but are brackets and wires suppose to break so often? We have had at least a half dozen breaks in 6-8 months (not because of any "wrong" foods)???

Dr. Cacchiotti is awesome! I love how he Interacts with the kids and explains to them as well what the plan is. Very clean. Only complaint I can think of is how quiet many of his girls are. They don't seem to be very much "there". Most of the Staff up front are very short and quiet. But, overall, very happy with the service provided.

Exceptional office. Well run, efficient and consistently friendly. Dr C does exceptional work and i would whole heartedly recommend this office for any ortho work needed. My end result was exceptional and it was QUICK!

Amazing!! Completely satisfied with the outcome. I live 3 hours away and lost my first retainer and they were generous enough to send another one through the mail free of charge! I even got my braces off faster than expected I am just extremely happy with the outcome and I am so glad I got them done here :)

went here for lots of work on my teeth, and once done with treatment I paid for them to put a "permanent" retainer on. Within 6 months the retainer popped off... and I do not eat strong foods that could cause this, and they agreed it was defective. I had moved that year for medical treatment to the other side of the mountains and had to be over here for a certain amount of time before i could move back.... When they agreed it was defective I drove over 6 hours of driving back to them to have them redo their work. I had to do this twice because they told me I was "good to go" before everything was actually done, SO I had to drive back another 6 hours just to have them finish. Again, under 8 months later the retainer popped off AGAIN!!! I am 8 month pregnant and high risk, so my doctors didn't want me driving another 6 hours to have them redo their work for the third time, so I asked some type of reimbursement since I had to go to my dentist over here due to the medical issues; otherwise my teeth would have shifted obviously by the time I would have gotten all the way back over to them and all the work he did would have been pointless... Julie, from Cachiotti office let me know they would not reimburse me, even anything, for the failure of their work because "it can happen to anyone" I asked multiple different dentists, including Cachiotti a the time of work when getting it put on, and they all agreed these retainers are to last years, and both times his work failed. it is extremely unprofessional to not take responsibility for their work failing two times in a year. I am moving back in a year and I would rather drive to tri cities or Wenatchee to a different dentist than to risk money and all the time and stress of going back here since they cannot take responsibility for the failure of their work considering the circumstances. I will also make sure I let friends and family know what to look out for. For the money they make a partial or full reimbursement wouldn't have been a problem at all, and just looks extremely unprofessional. I really thought going with this dentist was a good choice, but AFTER the work they did and so soon of it failing multiple times, I am extremely disappointed and regret doing business here. the other treatments went ok, but there is no point, now that that the part of treatment that was supposed to keep the progress they did in place, didn't work and ruins it all.

It's the Best Expierence I have ever faced. Also they have given me a better smile with their amazing Braces and I can see the difference between 2015-2016 my smile is better now
