The dr does great. But I always have an issue with the people answering. First I wouldn't get an answer and will go weeks leaving vm before I get an answer. Then I called yesterday because of a tooth pain and gum swell and front desk tells me well you need a oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. I told her I never said wisdom teeth I said my moler gum area is swollen with pain. She said oh well you need a surgeon. I said well im calling someone else because I'm not sure how you can tell me I need a surgeon before a DOCTOR looks at my teeth.

This is the best dentist I've been to-- and I've been to a lot! Dr. Choi is really nice and professional. I had to have an extraction and was expecting it to be a whole to-do, but I was in and out in an hour, easy peasy. All around I'm impressed and highly recommend them. The clinic was also clean, and all the equipment they use is super high tech. I've never even seen an X-ray like they have, it was just amazing all around.

The staff is friendly, patient and professional! Dr. Choi is amazing!! I had an extraction done recently and didn't even feel any pain; plus, it healed really good. The place is pleasant and very clean. I am disabled and use a scooter but the staff treaated me with respect. I highly recommend this place.

My mother wears a cochlear aid. Most providers treat her like she is less than smart when in reality she is hard of hearing. I was super impressed on how patient they were with her, explaining everything with detail and also explaining to me the procedure needed to move forward. Kayla was amazing from the moment I called to make the actual appointment, from the moment she greeted us was a pleasant experience as well. The young lady is impeccable at her job. Bravo for the great service!

The front desk ladies were super sweet & efficient. But I am so upset that I even wasted my 6 month cleaning that my insurance pays fully for because my visit wasn't at all what it should've been! I really could have used my insurance at a place that would actually do a cleaning right. As a First time patient, the doctor probably spent at most, 5 minutes with me for my cleaning. After the cleaning , he tells me I have a "few" cavities and when I asked which ones he said " we will just keep an eye on it" I still didn't get my question answered because he completely ignored it. I was rushed so fast, my teeth didn't even feel clean and refreshed like I always feel leaving the dentist. It was so rushed, he missed so many areas that should have been touched in a cleaning. He told me I had a root canal which I would have never guessed that and then he walked out the door. He went onto the next patient and he didn't even say anything, no goodbye or "nice meeting you." After I left upset, I realized HE DIDN'T EVEN FLOSS MY TEETH!!! So I left not knowing what cavities I have and to look out for... the DR was not at all concerned about his patients or even care at that matter. If you're looking for a family DR. DO NOT GO HERE, this place would only be good for one time emergency. you don't feel welcomed by the doctor whatsoever and every patient is just a number their making the dentist money. I'm gonna have to pay self pay elsewhere so I can be treated and seen making me feel like I actually care as a patient. I usually don't complain so much about looking money but times are rough! I still can't believe he didn't say goodbye, not tell me which cavities and didn't even floss !!! Not happy whatsoever

The girls who worked for this dentist were friendly and helpful. The dentist rushed my cleaning and I had a questions about my current teeth conditions and he rushed me. I canceled my account with this office. Please dont come here, he doesn't conduct business with the spanish population in New Britain. Please dont come here! Please stay away!

My appointment was for 3:00pm I was finished by 3:50pm with x-rays and a cleaning. Very efficient and clean and the whole staff is very friendly and professional.

FIVE STARS! From the overall appearance of the office (clean, bright, and inviting, even has a little room for children to play and sit) to the welcoming staff and the incredibly talented dentist, this is my favorite dentist I've ever been to. He really guides you through the process of your visit, I had a few cavities filled and he did such an amazing job that I had NO pain and the final product is undetectable!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I came in today for the first time and immediately noticed how calm the environment was compared to the other dental clinics in my experience. I haven't gone to one in a very long time and suffer with depression and anxiety, but the staff at this location were very polite and efficient with my needs. Also Dr. Choi (apologies if misspelling) was great, super friendly and was very informative. I recommend this location to anyone. 5 Stars

I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Choi was informative and walked me through my cleaning. He did an overview of my xrays and explained what he was showing me. My favorite dentist visit!!
