Made and appointment and the clinic was closed the day of the appointment! My tooth hurts and I needed to be seen! Bad experience and not coming back here again :(

There aren't enough good things I can say about this dentist office. My experience with them has always been positive. The staff is always friendly and polite. Their office is always CLEAN and they are always on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Update: I still stand by my original post. I love the staff at this office. They are so nice and welcoming. My teeth are always perfect after getting a cleaning and they don't mess up my gums. I'm addition, they are up front about copays.

The office is extremely clean and equipped with state of the art tools. The staff is very friendly. They have the best hygienist around; certainly ranks at the top on my list. She took her time and and is very detailed with her cleaning. The Dentist is also very good; he explained in detail everything going on with my teeth, how to take good care of them, things to watch out for and overall how to have good oral hygiene. Highly recommend.

When I first moved to Clifton I wasn't sure which dentist to choose. I knew I wanted something closer to home, but also would sacrifice distance for a great practice. I did a few searches and ended up making my first appointment with Dr. Cha at C&R Dental Care. My first impression was how nice the receptionist greeted me on the phone, she helped me through everything I needed to do to schedule my new patient appointment. When I arrived they had everything setup to follow covid protocols, they had me fill out a form to ensure I understood the guidelines and made sure I wasn't sick, nor near anyone in the last 14 days. They had me wait in the car and call the office to go it. Once in, the front office staff kindly greeted me, checked my temperature and brought me back. The dental hygienist greeted me and proceeded to clean my teeth. They have a lot of new/cool technology when I visited and the office was super clean. Dr. Cha and his team were awesome! Dr. Cha was super nice and explained everything I needed to get done. It had been years since my last ever dental visit, and he was able to get all my cavities treated within 2 appointments! He recommended me to a great oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out as well (one was impacted and close to the nerve). He also does Invisalign, so I will be coming back for that soon. :) Overall, the experience was more than I could hope for. If you're looking for a great practice, Dr. Cha and team are A+!

I go to both Tyson's and Centreville location and Dr. Ryee and Dr. Cha are so professional and amazing. They both attend to your needs and listen to you. But most of all they get things done and they do them quickly and efficiently. What more could you ask for? Also their staff is so helpful and sweet too. They set up reminder texts/emails/&call. So they're very helpful with making sure that you know when your appointments are and also to set up future appointments. I will say that the Tyson's hygienist is so thorough in the cleanings, so I do recommend if you do go to Tyson's to get your cleanings done over there! Overall everyone is great and the office is clean and they have very up to date technology. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the NOVA area.

I can't express how wonderful Dr. Cha & his team are! From the first time you walk until your cleaning, the staff and Dr. are wonderful and understanding. The office runs like a well oiled machine & everyone makes you feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this special place.
