Here at C. Gary Simmons, DDS, our teams priorities are simple we want our patients to feel welcomed, respected, and well taken care of every time they visit. For over 30 years, Dr. Simmons has formed many wonderful personal connections and close relationships while providing truly stellar dentistry. This dedication shows in the large number of patient referrals we receive, as well as the fact that several of the children hes treated in the past are now bringing their own families in to visit us!
We greatly appreciate that amount of time and energy our patients expend caring for their smiles year round, and we are passionate about showing patients that we value their time in our office by providing prompt, efficient, and attentive treatment during every visit. However, that doesnt mean youll ever be rushed around. We take the time we need to do excellent work, and are happy to discuss any concerns or answer any questions. While youre here, our time is yours.

Every one of our team members is passionate about doing their part to ensure you receive the superior quality dental treatment that you deserve. From taking time to get to know patients on a personal level to providing a variety of high quality services in one location, our Spring, TX office is filled with people who promise to go above and beyond to show you they care.
We never want our patients to be anxious, fearful, or uncomfortable. Thats why we talk to them about their treatment needs, offer comfortable patient amenities, and are always happy to provide dental sedation when patients need it. If you need anything while youre in our office, dont hesitate to ask. Well do our utmost to provide you with whatever you need to feel relaxed and free from pain, during even the most complex treatments.
Dr. Simmons is a native Houstonian and an established resident of Spring. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M and is a graduate of the Baylor College of Dentistry. For over 30 years, he has enjoyed serving the dental needs of patients in the Spring/Klein area. His wife, Lauren, is a local entrepreneur and is active in several community organizations, such as the Centrum Arts League and Women's Business Forum. Their sons Austin and Parker are graduates of Klein High School. When not serving the needs of his patients, Dr. Simmons can be found doing home improvement projects, exercising his two rescue dogs or, on rare occasions, relaxing at the beach.
Jean is a longtime veteran of the dental field, having started at the age of 15. She has been with our practice for the past 22 years. She is a graduate of the University of Texas and lives in The Woodlands, TX. When she's not helping our patients, Jean enjoys needlework, card-making, baking, and spending time with her friends and family. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you smile!
Karen has been practicing dental hygiene since 1983 and joined our team in November 2020. She is passionate about her patients and helping them maintain a healthy smile. Originally from Midland, she moved to Houston in 1971, Colorado in 1995 and back to Texas in 2012. Outside of work, Karen enjoys her family time including 4 grandkids, 4 animals, camping and fishing.
Sonya has been with our practice for 16 years and loves the satisfaction that comes from helping our patients. She lives in Tomball with her daughter and loves being with her family, baking, cross-stitching, and scrapbooking in her spare time.
Dental bridges are composed of multiple, fused crowns, and theyre designed to replace missing teeth along a single arch. Some patients prefer dental bridges because theyre anchored in place by covering nearby natural teeth with additional crowns, eliminating the looseness and unnatural fit that can sometimes occur with traditional dentures. At Dr. Simmons office, patients who are hoping to regain their complete smile can also find implant retained prosthetics as an alternative for replacing missing teeth.

Dr. Simmons is the best Dentist I have ever been to. He always explains everything in detail, and gives all options. ALL of his staff is personable and make you feel welcome. Every time I go, I feel like I am visiting family. If you are looking for a great dentist, you will love this place.

Dr. Simmons and his staff are beyond professional. After having a horrible experience with a nearby dentist, Dr. Simmons offered a viable and affordable solution. Most of the great dentists in our area have comparable pricing so if you are looking for something low budget, BEWARE because you usually get what you pay for. There is no wait time once an appointment is made and numerous times Dr. Simmons has seen me for last minute concerns. After hours, Dr. Simmons answers telephone calls personally to assist his patients. His Office Coordinator, Jean, is phenomenal when dealing with insurance companies to get the best coverage possible. Love the location, always plenty of parking, and practice offers early, early morning and late evening appointments. Love the new website!

Dr. Simmons and his staff are professional, amicable, and completely on top of their game. I have had some significant dental work over the past year and actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Jean at the front desk is knowledgeable and helpful, and can wrangle insurance claims like no other. The dental assistants and hygienists are efficient and friendly, explaining everything well and providing top-notch care. Dr. Simmons himself is comforting in his expertise and bedside (chairside?) manner; I always know I am going to get the best care possible when I visit this group. Thanks, Dr. Simmons & crew!
