Dr. Boyd was born and raised in Spring, Texas. He has always been a people person, and loves making new friends. He graduated from Northland Christian School, where he was a proud member of Cougar athletics, and loved playing basketball. He developed his passion for the outdoors in Arkansas, where he graduated from Harding University. He got his DDS degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, and then completed a two year specialty residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houstons Hermann and MD Anderson Hospitals. He is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and numerous other dental professional organizations.
Dr. Boyd loves being a part of the Central Texas community, where he resides in Temple. He has three sons, and has been in private practice in Temple since 1996. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, fly fishing, and traveling.
Jill graduated from Temple College in 1997 with an A.A.S in dental hygiene. She has been a part of our team for 22 years. Jill loves working with kids and educating them on how to take care of their smiles. She is passionate about helping children create good oral hygiene habits and making visits a fun experience. Jill and her husband have two children, Hannah and Ethan. In her free time, she loves traveling with family and friends. She also loves the beach, shopping and reading.
Leanna has worked in the dental field since 2009. She has been a part of our team for five years. She is a team player, hard worker and her goal is to provide each patient with a pleasant dental experience. Leanna has been married for 16 years and has three handsome boys, Jacob, Clayton and Luke. In her free time, she enjoys time with family and friends and listening to live music.
Melisa graduated from Texas State Technical College. She has been working for our team for nine years. She loves working with children and being a part of a team that takes pride in their opportunity to educate children on dental hygiene. Melisa has been married for two years and has a newborn son, Colt. In her free time, she loves hanging out with friends and family and cuddling with her two dogs.
Melodie has been the office manager for Dr. Boyd for 20 years. She loves spending time with her 3 beautiful grandchildren, her family, and friends. She loves animals and enjoys going to yard and estate sales with her friends.

Dr. Boyd and his entire staff was amazing. Our grand daughter loved her dental experience. They are very knowledgeable with children, provide excellent work and have a sanitized dental office. This is our new official dental office.

Thank you Dr. Boyd and staff for providing the best dental care children could have. Dr. Boyd is an expert in his field and offers much compassion to each child. He is patient, thorough, and creates a calm atmosphere. Plus, Dr. Boyd's treasure chest is full of many prizes to encourage regular brushing /checkups.

My son had extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. He never cooperates and has melt downs that involve screaming and crying. Dr. Boyd's office came highly recommended after we had another nightmare experience at our regular dentist with my little guy. The entire staff from my initial phone call and through our visit was absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, patient and understanding. My son fully cooperated and didn't leave in tears. Dr. Boyd was very knowledgeable and took the time out to explain things to me. His assistant showed my son the tools they would use and explained what the did all while letting him touch them and get comfortable before they were used! I'm switching my other kids over to this office as well! We will never look at another dentist after our great experience!

Staff were very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Service was fast and simple. Location was clean and kid friendly. My child felt very comfortable and was happy throughout the entire dental visit. She especially liked the play area, the stickers and toy selection. We are very happy to have found this dentist.
