The receptionist at this location is horrible! Zero compassion and rude as hell! Calls up day of the appointment and cancels with no reason, resolution or alternatives. I'm in excruciating pain and probably going to an ER and she responds with "that's just how our clinic operates". Are you kidding me?? Just moved here from out of state, transferred all of my documents over for them and never thought that this would be a response from a "family" dentistry clinic. I feel so dismissed and like she gives no care in the world about her clients.
