Terrible service!!!! First, Can never get anyone on the phone. Secondly, Waited 6 months for a dental cleaning and was just told I would have to wait another 6 months, which is June 2023 because the provider is not available for my upcoming appt. The office staff did not seem concerned or willing to help me get rescheduled for an being that I have already waited 6 months for a dental cleaning. Inward told I'd have to wait for someone to cancel or reschedule as if it's my fault that the provider won't be available for my appt date and time. I'd hate to have real dental problems because I'd probably have to go to the emergency room with this type of service. I was able to schedule today with another dental office for 2 weeks out, thank GOD for them!

They have excellent customer service and my teeth are like new, got teeth cleaned the hygienist did an excellent job!I highly recommend Byron Family Dental Care!

Went in to be seen about a root canal that had fallen out after only a year. I waited over an hour for them to take 2 X-rays and tell me that the root canal they did had failed and their wasn't enough there to fix it that I would have to have an extraction, bone graph, and implant that they expect me to pay for when they did an awful job form the beginning. I have always had to wait a ridiculous amount of time and when I originally had the root canal done there it fell out before I even left the parking lot also causing damage to my lip. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would be scared to send my children there also staff up front was good but staff in the back was awful. Also they say call us we can help with your concerns but no one ever answers the phone

The caring and kindness was unbelievable! The staff was very helpful and Dr. Hall was great! Thank you for all you do to help people smile! First time I've been impressed by a Dentist to the point that I look forward to my next visit!

Booked an appointment months ago because of all the other positive reviews, but my experience was dreadful and I'll never go back. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was rude and rough. Their normal dentist was out of town when I went, and I wasn't made aware of this when booking. So, the dentist who saw me was someone not part of the practice. She was okay, but no one was particularly nice or comforting the entire time. The services they offer are very basic, and if you need anything outside complex they refer you out (I needed a crown and asked about implants and the dentist told me they can't do either). After this I started doing to Dentistry on Houston Lake and they are MUCH better. Byron dental also has the worst office staff who never answers their phone or returns calls...

Byron Dental Clinic is the best Dentist office I've ever been to. The staff, the receptionists, Tracy, my tech, and Dr. Hall, my dentist, are some of the most amazing, caring, and loving people I've ever met!!! Awesome jobs!! And, the facility is extremely clean, spotless. I always feel comfortable and welcomed in such a pleasant and peaceful environment!! Thanks for all you do for our community!! GOD BLESS and much love to all of you!! Went to Byron Dental Clinic yesterday, August 9, 2022 for the first time in about 2 years because of the pandemic. Dr. Hall and her team are still awesome, caring, compassionate, fun loving people who make sure their patients are well taken care of in every aspect!! Dr. Hall is one of the most kindest professionals I've ever met and she and her team treats me like family!! How awesome is that!! Thank you team Byron Dental Clinic

Save your money and time with this place. They scheduled me an appointment, gave me a time and date... now coming into my appointment, it's no where to be found. Nobody has clue what's going on up there nor do they care to fix any problem they caused. I would give a negative star if it would let me.
