Located in Saratoga Springs, we provide orthodontic treatment in a warm and welcoming office to patients throughout the Capital District and Southern Adirondacks. We have an additional office in Greenwich, NY, where we see existing patients.

The health and safety of you and your family is our top priority. All team members who work directly with patients wear surgical masks and eyewear. We require temperature checks before each visit, and have installed physical barriers to separate our patients and promote social distancing.
We provide our patients with the most cutting-edge care. Our office features state-of-the-art materials and equipment, including next-generation stainless steel and ceramic braces, Invisalign and Incognito lingual braces, iTero Digital Scanners, 3D printing and a CBCT scanner. By advancing our technology, we can provide the highest quality care with the greatest accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail possible.
Combining decades of experience and cutting-edge technology, the doctors at Byrne Orthodontics help every patient achieve a lifetime of healthy, beautiful smiles. We are a multi-generational orthodontic practice centrally located in Saratoga Springs, NY. We treat patients throughout the Capital District and Southern Adirondacks.
No more messy impressions! Using our 3D iTero scanner, we take the most accurate digital impression of your teeth and gums. These scans can be used to print models in our own office laboratory, or sent to Align Technology to design your custom Invisalign prescription and aligners.
We have our own 3D Printer in-house for fabricating models, from which we can make appliances and retainers. Every patient receives a copy of his or her models, and retainers made from these models following their orthodontic treatment.
The advantages of digital radiography over conventional radiography include immediate processing and viewing, the ability to enhance and digitally transfer images, and decreased radiation. For patients who will benefit from 3D diagnostic imaging, we have a CBCT scanner here in the office.

I visited on 09-21-2022 and found Dr. Byrne to be an affable and confidence-inspiring professional. After explaining the risks and benefits and addressing my concerns, he corrected an oversight by a previous orthodontist that had been plaguing me for over a decade. If I or my family need orthodontic work in the future, Byrne Orthodontics will be my first choice.

Byrne Orthodontics is a great place. Every time I go to an appointment, I am greeted by very nice people. I don't really know how to explain it. Everyone there is nice, Byrne has a spacious lobby, and state of the art clinical area, I am so grateful for my braces. There are so many things that make that place interesting and fantastic, my entire family went there. Byrne Orthodontics provides the best braces ever!"

I experienced exceptional care and professionalism from the doctors and the entire incredibly-efficient and friendly team! The entire process and every visit was well streamlined. The office utilizes the most advanced technology dentistry has to offer, including 3-D printing and digital impression taking - no gooey stuff! Great office! Both Dr Byrne and Dr Pinckney are perfectionists when it comes to your smile. I have no doubt I'll be 100% satisfied once I finish treatment. The assistants go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and the front desk is always accommodating to my busy work schedule. The whole team is amazing!

Everyone here is fantastic! For someone like me that has dental anxiety issues they have gone out of there way to always make me relaxed. Just had my braces removed! Again everyone from the front desk to the staff in the back are fantastic. I honestly have zero complaints!

I'm coming to the end of my orthodontic treatment, during my treatment it has been a great experience and I would highly recommend this office. The staff is extremely pleasant, the appointments are prompt and both locations are extremely clean.

Byrne Orthodontics is an all around great orthodontics office. Friendly and efficient staff, they are always on time and never kept us waiting, and Dr. Byrne has great communication, even texting us during the office closure during the pandemic to answer our questions. Great experience.

I would recommend Byrne Orthodontics to anyone. Dr. Byrne put all available safety devices in place to continue working on patients safely during the COVID pandemic. Prior to getting braces I had a tooth that was severely chipped. After getting my braces off, my dentist refused to fix it during covid. Dr. Byrne fixed it free of charge to give me the best possible smile.

The best of the best! This office is friendly, professional, and has impeccable standards. My siblings and I got all of our work done there. My braces were removed about 8 years ago. They put a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth that has not had any issues for the past 8 years. After flossing the other day, one of the ends popped off. I called the next morning and they told be I could come in an hour. Every employee remembered me and greeted me warmly. Dr. Byrne fixed my retainer and didn't charge me a cent. I can't recommend this office enough, the service they provide is unmatched. When I have kids I will be certainly bringing them there (even though I now live 30 mins away.) Thank you Dr. Byrne(s)!!!!

This is long overdue and so well deserved! My first experience with Dr. Byrnes and his FANTASTIC staff began several years ago. I still had a baby tooth that I chipped that my dentist said couldn't be filled and just needed to be pulled. That meant oral surgery, pulling down the adult tooth and the ever coveted at 24 years old *heavy sarcasm*, BRACES. He told me to just stop into Dr. Byrnes to ask them about their availability. I didn't have an appointment, they didn't know who I was, but they saw how upset I was with all my new Dental plans piling up and they made room for me right then and there! I wasn't making a lot of money at the time and I was worried how I was going to be able to afford braces. Their financial assistant aka the KINDEST WOMAN I'VE EVER MET, just straight up asked me what I could afford monthly and worked with me on that. I'd never met someone who genuinely cared about what I was able to do financially. She was kind, sweet and considerate and did everything she could to make my payments manageable. Now, let's talk about the receptionist, the administrative assistants, the schedulers the most outstanding, lovely, hilarious, kind and incredible group of women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They made me laugh every time I came in. I was actually EXCITED to go to the dentist (I'm being serious!) because it meant seeing this group of women that quickly came to feel like a group of old friends. They take such good care of their clients, they are so warm and friendly and inviting. Dr. Byrnes, is not only incredibly skilled, quick, but unfailingly kind and patient. He walked me through what each step would be, what his expectations were and a realistic timeline for me and my needs. Plus he didn't ask me a million questions I couldn't answer while his hands were in my mouth. (oh dentists! why do you do that?) I'm nearly done. You've almost made it! Through this two year process, my mom was diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer. My appointments were more scarce, I had to cancel last minute. Dr. Byrnes and his staff were so kind and so understanding and when I was able to make it into my appointments they always cheered me up and asked how my mom was doing. When my mom passed away the beginning of 2020 I was due for a new fitting on retainers but then Covid happened (yes...I was there in those dark early days if you're reading this in the (hopefully healthier) future!) I couldn't get in to see them until months after I needed to. They were so understanding and kind about it and got me in as soon as they were able to. I walked into that office and was greeted with warmth and kindness that was sorely needed after one of the hardest years of my life. They kindly asked how my mom was doing and I had to break the news of what happened. We couldn't hug but I know they would have if we weren't in a pandemic. The retainers which would end up saving me money in the long run, as a mold of my teeth was made that new retainers could easily be made from, I was worried yet again about expenses. I was met with the same kindness and understanding and was able to split the payment so it was more manageable for me. However, when I came in to pick up my retainers I was met with my money refunded and my retainers in my hands at no cost at all. They knew the year I had had with my mom, they knew I just lost her and I was doing my best to keep it together. When they told me Dr. Byrnes had insisted, I broke down into tears in the middle of the dentist office. I couldn't believe the the immense amount of kindness and generosity of such an act that they didn't have to do. They chose to help their client in need, and the amount of gratitude I feel for this group of people is immeasurable. When I tell you that they will do anything and everything they can for you, I mean it. When I tell you they will take the best care of you possible, I mean it. This has been, by far, the most extraordinary experience I've had with a dentist. You will not regret choosing them for your care. I will forever be grateful to them.
