My appointment was at 7:40 am. I watched as many patients came in and were called back immediately. The receptionist addressed them by their last names. When it was my turn she had a difficult time saying my first name. I told her I preferred being addressed by my last name 3 times before she complied. Then the Dentist called me by my first name. If they can't address the patient by the name the patient prefers can they do the dental work as the patient prefers? The only one who seemed professional was Sheila.

This office and the staff are simply incredible!!!! I have a MAJOR DENTIST PHOBIA and with them I needed no sedatives or pain killers just to get through my consultation and treatment plan as I usually do. They are all very nice, gentle, professional, caring and good at what they do! I recommend this office highly and am actually looking forward to getting all the work done that I have been putting off for years because of my dental fears and unhappiness with my prior dentist. They are AWESOME! (btw-I was at the Douglasville office)

I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early so that I wouldn't be late. They invited me into the office at my exact appointment time. I then sat in the waiting area for 25 minutes (which is normal for any doctor or dentist appointment). I was then taken to my cubicle area where the assistant went over all of my information and covered the topics that the dr would be consulting on today. I then waited 30+ minutes before anyone came around to see me. They then asked if something was wrong. I asked when I would be seeing the dr as my appointment was scheduled for over an hour ago. Then I found out the person across the hall was waiting on the same dr and he had been there longer than I had been. They explained that the dr was taking longer than normal with a patient and that it would be a while longer. The dr then saw the person across the hall from me for about 10 minutes and then came to me. He did not introduce himself and I had never met him prior to this time. The assistant just announced him. He then started speaking to me without ever introducing himself or asking my name. At the end of the appointment he said it was a pleasure to meet me and I explained that we were never introduced and that we didn't meet. He was announced and I never introduced myself. I then introduced myself and reach out to shake his hand. He then introduced himself. I respect doctors and I expect to be respected in return. I felt disrespected by this dr and the staff. It should not be acceptable to overbook so that the doctor's time is not wasted and when all of the patients show up, the doctor then wastes half of his patients time. I verified that I would be there 2 times and when I showed up on time I was expected to wait 90 minutes to be seen. My time is just as valuable as the doctors. The doctor actually seemed very qualified, but I cannot allow someone that thinks they are better than me to actually perform surgery on me.

It was a very good first visit. I was nervous about switching dentist after the many years with my prior one. But, I was happy to have picked this dentist. They were so nice and clear in explaining their findings after my X-Rays and exam. I felt at ease when I left. And will not be nervous at my next appointment. I was so at ease that I went and had my nails done afterwards. Great place.

This is the best Dentist office ever. My teeth and gums were in bad shape when I started to come here. From the ex ray tech. To the hygienists and the Drs. Are exceptional. Professionalism at its best. And dont let me forget the front desk ladies. My teeth are improving daily. They care about you and your teeth. Thanks to all of you.

I came here after seeing an ad for $50 cleaning. I was actually scheduled for a different day but realized I had double booked and they were able to squeeze me in a day early. The staff is super friendly from the moment I walked in. I was seen immediately after filling out my new patient forms. I had x-rays done by Katrina, a sweet very nice young lady who happens to bear my name, lol. Then hygienist Lari came in. She is hilariously funny and at the same time, very professional. She knows her stuff. She performed a deep cleaning and irrigation explaining everything as she went along. I love that she kept me informed of everything she was doing step by step. That made me feel comfortable and I was able to relax. Dr. Bivins came in for a quick assessment, nice and professional. Love his bedside manners. This was truly a great experience from the front desk to checkout. The best dental experience I've ever had. I will certainly be back and I've already told a few friends too.

Scheduled a cleaning and all they will do is take X-rays and reschedule for a cleaning.Had to use because of my insurance. Then they claimed they didn't take my insurance and charged $239 for just X-rays. After getting the X-rays to my regular dentist the X-rays were poorly taken. I m going back to my other Dentist and pay out of pocket. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for dental care.

I'm very insecure about my teeth and have bad anxiety when it comes to dentists in general. When I came here I felt welcome, not anxious at all but that's probably because I didn't get numbed today then I might act like a big baby lol but it's a very friendly and welcoming place for being there for the first time

All seemed very nice and willing to explain things to you. Nice clean office. Doctor seems shy but as long as we knows what he is doing guess it's ok.

Highly dubious organization that utilizes stolen credit cards to make their income from "vanity" dental implants and tooth decor. Employees probably in it based upon the thousands of dollars they steel at one time.

**DON'T BELIEVE THEIR FALSE ADVERTISMENT** If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! I scheduled an appointment after seeing a special online for a cleaning, exam and x-rays for $39. The staff was really nice and I really thought about going back. After sitting there for 2 hours, I was beginning to wonder what was going on. Until I received my care plan for over $1306.00 after my x-rays and exam. If I was having problems with pain, tooth sensitivity, bleeding of my gums, I would understand. No problems at all. I just wanted my teeth cleaned and x-rays. I was told that I didn't need a deep cleaning, and not a "healthy mouth cleaning. They didn't clean my teeth and insisted that I needed a scaling and irrigation. I was also told that I floss my teeth too much!!! I have bone loss due to flossing too much!! I was also told I had 4 cavities in between my teeth. However, I floss too much!! Once I told them I had to discuss everything with my husband I was taken up front and checked out. I informed her that I didn't receive my cleaning and she said that it didn't matter and that I still had to pay the $39. I also asked for my x-rays to be forwarded to my past dental office for a second opinion!! I paid $39 and left!! I will not be returning!! Lesson learned!!! DON'T BELIEVE THEIR FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!!!!! RUN...Don't walk away!!

Dentist makes no sense. Had a consult to get a tooth pulled they referred me to get another consult to get the same tooth pulled but didn't provide antibiotics or anything. So is it that the dentist doesn't know what he is talking about that you have to have another consult? Where I moved here from, the dent8ist can pull a tooth or is believed by the oral surgeon but I guess that is modern times of bad service and greed.
