My first experience wasn't anything like this last one. The lady at the front desk was the most unprofessional and rudest that I've ever delt with. Left a message with the office manager and never heard back. Definitely will not be returning nor recommending this office to anyone!

The receptionist had the manners of a teenage fast food drive thru worker in memphis. Would it kill you to smile and offer a courteous greeting? The dentist was abrupt and rude. The office was dark and depressing. Yuk.

This place is very unprofessional. You have to go to medical side to get your temperature taken. Sign says they open at 7:45. I called them at 8:15 as 7 of us were waiting outside in 34 degree weather and found out that they dont open until 8:30. No signs telling you this information. When i got to the dental side i was turned away because my nose was running a little. After standing outside that long with a mask on dont you think a persons nose may run a little??? I had just seen them last week with a toothach. Of which i have been on an antibotic and now seems that i have an abcess. I called yesterday and they told me to come back at 8:00 today. The lady never asked why i was there and never took my temperature. Just turned me away for a runny nose. There was a lady behind me with a cough. She was having to stand outside also but they were going to see her. So does this make any sense. This place does not care for there patients!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Very kind and gental technicians. Very honest too. People usually don't go get second opinions with dentistry. Well in my case I was in West Memphis Arkansas and the dentist there said I needed 4 root canals and at the time I didn't have any money nor insurance. Fast forward to my going here to get a tooth out cause it was hurting so bad and after the x-rays the dentist said well you have no cavities just plaque buildup. So no cavities and now a healthy mouth! Thanks Byhallia Dental

Very good technicians and doctors. Dr. Huddleston helped ease my anxiety and was patient with me..I recommend her to all my family and friends! #blackdrgirlsrock!

Worse dentist ever they don't care for any patients don't answer any calls and didn't even call my prescription in for my pain meds after I was seen. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone....EVER

This is most stupid dentist place I ever went. Nothing is organize. I waited there for two hours and came home without doing nothing. Please don't waste your time going up there. Horrible service

The dentist doesn't care for her patients as she should. I visited as a walk-in with an immense amount of pain because of my wisdom teeth. She sat me down for not even 30-secs to tell me she couldn't do anything about it. I understand they can't remove wisdom teeth under certain conditions, but the visit was not thorough at all! I wasn't prescribed anything. I was referred out with little to no information, basically a "can't help, here's a surgeon, call them, bye!" After calling multiple places, I found out I should have had at least some xrays taken for my future surgery, but did I get them? no?! Yet they billed my insurance for a 30 sec visit. No care.
