Dr. John Byers, a Vero Beach native, received his BA from the University of Florida and then attended Tufts University in Boston earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He then returned home to Vero Beach, and joined his father in practice. He performs all phases of dentistry including general, reconstructive, and cosmetic. He has received advanced training in prosthetic dental implantology at the Misch International Implant Institute and is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Byers is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Local Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
When he is not in the office, he can be found playing tennis, golfing, fishing, or working out at the gym. He is an active member in the Vero Beach community and supports many charitable organizations

Calming office, friendly staff. The Dr was kind, honest and professional. They worked with me financially and with my insurance. I have never looked forward to getting dental work done but I am happy I will be getting my issue taken care of and more work in the future to bring more confidence to my smile. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is a bit anxious to go to the dentist.

Excellent Dentist and Staff! I have been a patient for almost four years, since moving to Vero Beach. Two weeks ago I cracked my tooth the pain was horrendous. The dentist got me in immediately and took control of my situation. Both my husband and I are patients. We would highly recommend this Father/Son Dentistry Office.

As a new patient at Byers Dental Group I wasn't sure what to expect. I've been in Vero Beach for 30 years and have switched dentists too many times because I was not satisfied with the service. After several appointments with Dr. Byers I am very pleased with the service from every member of the team that has taken care of me. From the doctor, hygienist, nurses and front desk staff I was treated with great care. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Byers Dental Group has gone above and beyond every other dental group I've tried. No more looking for the right dentist; I've finally found what I was looking for.

From the minute you walk into the office and are greeted by the friendly receptionists, you know your in good hands. The dental Hygienist was kind and did the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Byers set up a plan to get my teeth back in order. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Dr. Byers for over 40 years and he along with his staff have always been wonderful. Always top notch work and everyone is friendly and so very helpful even when it comes to getting the insurance companies to pay what they should. Best dentist office ever.
