I had a great experience with Dr. Moore and his staff! He replaced a front tooth crown that I had from another dental practice. He was friendly and professional to work with and I am thrilled with the result of my front crown procedure!

Ok so last year I gave this business 5stars n more if I could! However, my interaction with them today has cost them my business. Now before you read this keep in mind I just paid more than a new car ($29,000) to this company last year. I live an hour and half away and they KNOW how hard it is to get days off especially during the pandemic and because i live so far I can't control traffic or any of those factors..yet a person (me) who spent more money with your office than the average person at car dealerships was shown the door and told to reschedule. I'm not blaming them for my lateness in any sense of the word..however the fact that a company that's making so much money during an economic and health crisis. You know we are all suffering and to make me waste a day off that I didn't have..pay for gas and tolls (money that could have went towards my kids) and then just be brushed off like it's not expensive as hell to get to your office and get services done after driving nearly 2 hours...yea needless to say they lost my business for good... a company I'm giving that much money to and they can't help in the least bit by not letting me waste appointment day because I got caught in traffic is a company that does not DESERVE any additional money from me..I work in finance Nd I have stayed late more than I can. Count helping clients but By Design can't extend to me the same courtesy and the best part if all of this is....the #1 reason they rescheduled my appt...because I forgot my wallet in my car and they said I don't have time to back to my car (3 min walk) BTW so it's just easier for them to cancel my appointment and make me waste time and money cuz u didn't wanna wait 3 mins so I can get my wallet...smh shame I have spent so much money with them That ed to be top notch but Idk what's going on with these new people but u just completely lost a high (self pay) Client for life and for all the cleanings going forward... From start to finish this place has continued to impress me. I just got my final implants done and i couldn't be happier!! If i had to name all the staff who where wonderful to me (which was everyone) this post would go on forever! I did alot of research and went to alot of places before making my implant decision and this is the best place..period!! Don't learn the hard way...its so much easier to chose a good place than to deal with the consequences of going to a place that doesn't specialize in implants or have good, clean, professional and decorated staff. I even get my general dentistry done here..sure i could have gone to some cheapo dentist office but thats what got me in this mess in the first place; going to a dentist office that did botched work in order to gain money from me for future work to fix the mess they made. Do ur self a favor..do some research and you will find..this is the best place to go.

Ever since I can remember, I have always had problems with my teeth. You would think by now, I would be used to a trip to the dentist office, but it's the complete opposite. As I have gotten older, I get more anxious and nervous in the chair. It seems like I never get good news and it's always one problem after another. Given all of that, the staff at Design Dental are amazing! Yes, I'm still a mess when I go, but they work with me and help me feel comfortable. They take their time and make sure that I am doing okay. Dr. Moore is especially accommodating and really listened to my concerns. He is very reassuring and definitely wanted to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend By Design Dental. They are all wonderful!

The return of my smile and more: The bottom line is that I am thrilled with the end result of my All on 4 plus procedure. Doctors Mogyoros and Moore took their time, were knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel as if I was their sole patient. They really cared about helping me. The rest of the team in the office were some of the best I've encountered in a dental practice. When I first came to their office, I was miserable. A prior All on 4 had completely failed, I had a cosmetic temporary upper denture, and was depressed. Dr. Mogyoros came up with a plan to address the repair of the implant failure, and shortly thereafter I had oral surgery in the office. Due to the prior issues, I would get Zygomatic implants as well as regular ones to make the All on 4. Dr. Mogyoros wound up surgically installing 2 regular, 2 pterygoid, as well as 4 Zygomatics. No All on 4, I got an All on 8. it was a long day, I came home that evening with a 'new mouth' . Recovery was very fast and Dr. Moore then took over with the crafting of the final set. He took care to make sure that everything fit, was balanced, and looked great. Nothing was left to chance. I now can eat what I like, my face doesn't have the sunken look that happens with dentures, I speak without issues, have a great attitude each day, and of course smile all the time.

The following is a synopsis of my INCREDIBLE extraction experience: Please note that i had to remove tooth #19 (molar), it was HORRIBLY fragile because the crown fractured, had decay, and the tooth had a previous root canal on it. So if your tooth isn't this messed up, this process will be a BREEZE!!!!! I have EXTREME anxiety, i'm talking ANNOYING AF- extra shots of novocaine and asking 50 questions based on DAYS of research, etcetera, so if you're like me, this is the review for you. The staff here is highly trained, their resumes are immaculate to say the least! Upon arriving i was welcomed by an upbeat, friendly & diverse team of women at the front desk. Dr. Moore & his assistant Jahleda (excuse me if i spelled here name incorrectly), were PHENOMENAL! Both have a VERY calming presence, their bedside manner is unmatched. They answered all of my questions and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed about anything. When the time came for the procedure Leda told me me EVERYTHING that was going to happen in order and added in a few pleasant jokes along the way. Dr. Moore made sure i was completely numb prior to starting, he then began dosing me with laughing gas until i felt calm enough for him to begin his magic. He had to section my tooth into 3 pieces, remove infected tissue from near the root tip, and place a bone graft into the newly opened socket. They both were so in sync with each-other to the point that they barely spoke during the procedure anything he needed she was already prepared for, item in hand. (Leda is a pro, period) My extraction/bone graft was more complicated than a regular extraction but it still was WAY QUICKER THAN EXPECTED!!! I felt NO pain AT ALL during or after, i'm writing this review 30 hours later with zero swelling, bleeding, pain or soreness. During the extraction you feel a slight pressing in your mouth (as faint as being lightly tapped on the shoulder) but that's it. Ultimately, I met Dr. Moore ONCE prior to my emergency appointment through a virtual consultation, he was so pleasant and knowledgeable that i trusted him during our first inpatient meeting with the most traumatic surgery i've had in my life thus far. I was shocked to see he barely had any reviews because this man's EXPERT performance EXCEEDED my already high expectations. He was meticulous, quick, smart & soooo nice!!!! Is it weird that i'm eager to go back for my implant placement? I've already texted 5 ppl begging them to choose Dr. Moore for their extractions- CHEERS TO DR. MOORE AND HIS TEAM!!!!!

Lindsay was great during my consultation, from explaining what I was looking at on my scan and making me feel comfortable talking about my concerns. I went back for a comprehensive exam the following week. Leda made getting impressions easy. During my visits I met all the doctors who are so nice and informative. Dr. Moore made a treatment plan for me and went through everything step by step. I have never had such a great experience with a dental practice as I had with By Design Dental. I highly recommend them.

I was anxious and felt ashamed of my teeth before meeting this highly professional, highly skilled and educated team. You won't find a more personable, caring group of people anywhere. It was money well spent, and I am thrilled to smile. A 5 star team!!!

My experience with By Design Dental was 5 stars +. I had a full mouth restoration and it was the most painless procedure I ever experienced. The entire Staff are all so courteous and professional and Dr. Thayler and Rand are perfectionists. I could not be happier with the outcome and would recommend By Design to everyone!

I am happy with my decision to go with the full 4on4 implants. The people in the office are so kind and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with the results. They are like a family and I am happy to be a part of this family. Also I am half of a husband and wife duo. I was the guinea pig. I had my teeth done first. Now my husband has his temporary teeth. We are really pleased.

I waited to write this review for a couple of years after I got my tooth implant done by them. The physicians, nurses, staff are very professional and friendly, patients care and satisfaction is their goal. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend them

I was living my life in pain, afraid to smile and unable to chew many foods. I have many health issues that have caused my teeth to completely fall apart. Being 37 years old and a woman I felt horrible and always hid my face when smiling or just stopped smiling. I must say from the moment I walked into the office I felt so loved and cared for. Ever member of their staff and implant team was so involved in helping my make the right decision for myself. I was very nervous about sub a huge procedure. I have the four on top and four on bottom implants done. All of my remaining teeth were removed and all of the infection cleared out of my mouth. Yes, there was pain. I almost regretted my decision to have it done during the first couple of weeks afterward but I'm so glad I did it. I can smile again. I can laugh while watching my children play and not feel ashamed of my appearance. I have a GORGEOUS smile. The staff continues to care so much and truly will do anything to make sure everything is perfect. I only have my temporaries in so far but that are incredible! I can't wait to see the permanent implants and go in with my life with the most amazing smile I've ever seen! My life has truly changed for the better. I now have my permanent implants in and I truly can't believe how amazing they look. They are truly perfect. I have my smile back. The staff is nothing but caring, compassionate, understanding and so attentive. They truly make sure you are happy, that everything is perfect with the implants and that you are well taken care of. Due to health issues and caring for a sick child as a single parent of two. I was unable to get to my appointments many times and they always worked with me to make sure I could come in when I was able to. The process took much longer than normal because of my issues, not theirs, but they were always there to support me and understood when I had to cancel. I can't say enough good about By Design Dental. The doctors, hygienist, staff, and implant creator were nothing but the best you can find. I highly highly recommend going there if you are looking for implants...wether they be one or two teeth or full tops and bottoms. You will NOT be disappointed! I have my smile back!! I can smile without embarrassment and I can feel more comfortable in my own skin. My kids love seeing me smile more and feel so much better!
