Made an appointment August 5th for August 30th. I didn't have my insurance card on me and was told to call back with that info. Called August 19th to confirm appointment and provide insurance information, receptionist was busy. I was told they would call back later that day. Never received a call back. No big deal, I will just bring my insurance info to the appointment. Call the morning of my appointment just to confirm, apparently my appointment was cancelled the day before because I didn't call in to confirm and would need to be rescheduled. At no point was I told I would need to call to confirm my appointment the day before even though I called 10 days before and was never called back. Since when does the patient have to call to confirm and not the receptionist. If you like wasting your time, this is the dentist for you.
