Gary L. Buzbee is the founding partner of Buzbee Dental in Springfield, MO. He opened the practice in October 1977, after serving two years in the United States Air Force. Gary is a graduate of Glendale High School, Drury University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Gary has completed post-graduate training at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA through the Pacific Aesthetic Consortium. Also known as PACLive, this is a hands-on course in cosmetic dentistry.
Todd Buzbee graduated from Glendale High School in Springfield, MO and attended the University of Tulsa before entering dental school at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. While at dental school Todd was accepted in to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national honor society. Todd joined his familys dental practice upon graduating with honors from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry in May 2000.
By carefully listening to my patient's unique concerns, hopes and aspirations Im able to customize a treatment plan that meets their needs and desires which enables them to have a healthy and perfect smile. My proudest accomplishment is an accumulation that comes from when I see my patients smile with a newfound confidence in their smile makeover and/or relief from previous dental pain!
Todd has been instrumental in the technological growth and continued dental advancements of Buzbee Dental. He has kept abreast of the technological advancements in dental care, endodontic (root canal) treatments, and TMD therapy whereby maintaining Buzbee Dentals cutting-edge dental equipment and advancements in offering patient dental care. Todd continues his educational training by taking post-graduate courses at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, one of the premier postgraduate dental training centers in the US.
I drive a three-hour round trip for my daughter to have the best orthodontic care with Dr. Todd. Shes very comfortable with him and his staff. Their whole team has always been friendly and theyve provided us with the best care possible. Her smile is gorgeous and we couldnt be happier with her outcome!! When it comes to the dentist, Im normally nervous, but not with Buzbee dental! The staff is amazing and they always make you feel super comfortable! Yesterday I went and had braces put on and I wasnt nervous at all! I love everyone in this office. They treat you like you are family! Tyler Buzbee graduated from Glendale High School in Springfield, MO in 1995 where he played soccer and participated in the National Honor Society and student council cabinet. Following graduation, Tyler entered the combined 6-year BA/DDS program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. While at UMKC, he was an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. During Tyler 's clinical training, he and his partner won the Outstanding Grand Rounds Presentation Award for their presentation, 'Diastema Closure Using Porcelain Laminate Veneers'. Following graduation from UMKC and successful completion of National and State board certification in 2001, Tyler joined Buzbee Dental in August of the same year.
