The Indian lady there shouldn't have her dental license I went to get a tooth filled there and her and her Assistant got into a bickering argument while she was drilling for my filling. Long story short there catty back n forth shes drilling my tooth and all of a sudden burst of pain they both immediately stopped arguing and start filling my tooth a couple of months later i went to a different dental office, obviously. After x rays they tell me that tooth needs a root canal and crown

What a horrible dentist. She fixed my gap, and ny tooth chipped a month later.... Told me on my emergency appt that she didn't have time to fix it. I made another appt a week later, now she's not in the office. I can see a malpractice suit coming

(Original) Muy mala atencion dejan cita para mi cunada a las 9 por telefono, resulta que llaman 8:45 y por error no conteste porque estaba esperando la llamada a las 9, y luego pense q eran ellos y regrese la llamada al min, y luego me movilice a las oficinas para que que pasada y resulto que eran ellos, pero que por eso pondrian la cita para una semana mas, cuando esta en la semana 38 de embarazo que deberian de estar en continuo, chequeo, aprovechan las medidas de covid, para dar la peor de las experiencias, lo peor que no vemos opciones donde mas ir, fuimos a las oficinas de burlington y tampoco, puede hacer nada, llegamos a virtua y aunque pagara no podian atender porque estan conectados y son esta oficinas que tienen que remitir al hospital, donde esta el trato humano. Dios les bendiga espero que mejoren y sepan que trabajan con vidas.

When you call it says "thank you for calling southern jersey family medical center "WHERE PATIENTS ARE FIRST " HA. NO PATIENTS ARE NOT FIRST!! That place is TERRIBLE. Only still kept going there was because I was tired of trying to find a good primary care doc. Lets face it. There is no great medical care in NJ anymore! Its allllllll about the money. Were just another pay check really. They make you come in the office if you just need a refill. 20.00 copay plus they get 230.00-250.00 per visit. If you request a refill from the mychart or pharmacy the dr denies it... just go somewhere else. If your sick, go to urgent care. I kept giving chances and thought things will change but it wont. The office and rooms are soooo HOT the one room I was in read 80 degrees! They make you wait a long time both in the waiting room and when they finally take you back. They do not know how to properly fill out a Refferal. Can never get anyone on the phone. Took an hour once just to make an appointment. Never see a smile on any of the drs faces. I went there for 7 years and every time it seemed like the dr didnt know who I was just by looking at me. They take on sooo many patients. Focus on the ones you actually have. To many patients not enough drs. ( has nothing to do with covid) this been going on for years! Read your reviews, do research when it comes to picking your primary care. Southern Jersey family medical center is more of a clinic then a primary care office.

Previously have gone to this facility and the front desk weren't the nicest but have gone recently and I believe the dr dentist there is new and I really liked him. He was very straight to the point and told me what I needed to do and the steps I need to take to get my teeth fixed.

It has been in appointments for a year so that they do not give me a medicine or remember your name or your medical history and to ask for a referral forget to go they are always so busy that they can never and less without the npi of each doctor Around the world, his gynecologist is a horror he makes appointments to leave you planted 2 hours waiting in addition to his lack of capacity and tact with unprofessional people. suggestion don't waste your time.

Irresponsible, dummy people working up there, have no ding-dang idea what they doing, i work for Transportation company and was about to pick one old lady (patient) for her appointment and these guys working had no idea what this patient was successfully wasted my 1 hour! Don't ever go to this place

I'd give it no stars. Waited 2 hours in a hot office with my two kids who are very young. Needed sever work an due to health issues an the Male dentist looked at me like some stung out junky. Meanwhile the nurse x-rayed my eye socket?????? Was very out of it an seemed to not care about it. Left the office with no antibiotics for the infection or referral for the dental work I needed. Terrible place dont ever go there!!!!!

They honestly don't deserve the one star that I had to give in order to post this review.Half the time you can't reach anyone when you call and the other half you have to deal with rude receptionists who talk down to you like you're a child. Dr. Shaw is totally uninterested in his patients and wouldn't even remember my name if it weren't on the chart in front of him.Incompetence on a grand scale. Run fast and far away from this place.

Went to see Dr. Solomon because I had a sore throat/swollen lymph nodes for a couple of days. He looked at my throat said nothing was wrong and just to gargle my mouth out with salt water and take Tylenol. He didn't do a swab test to rule anything out. Went later on that night to urgent care to get another opinion because I saw white patches in the back of my throat myself. I ended up testing positive for strep throat..
