Horrible nightmare the doctor hand shakes and the work that was done was never done. I'm surprised there still in business or even open!

never go here! i went here almost a year ago now to get my teeth cleaned and the dental assistant was very rough with the cleaning and left all my gums bloody. The dentist is very rude, my first appointment was just the cleaning and he claimed i got over 9 cavities in less than a year. After the cleaning was done i tired to discuss a concern with my jaw popping and locking up but he just shrugged it off and told me i'm fine and it's probably nothing. The day before the next appointment to get my cavities filled my jaw ended up locking completely and i tried to get ahold of them but they failed to reach back to me. The next day i showed up and when they were about to fill my cavity i told them about my jaw locking up the day before. They tried to blame me for not contacting them and they tried to blame my mother for "abusing" me and triggering my lockjaw. they then sent me home without trying to resolve my lockjaw or fill in my cavities and just told me to call an oral surgeon and to just take ibuprofen.

My son been coming to this dentist since, he was young and now my baby girl is. I have to meant I love their customer service. Anytime I call, Im always greeted with a pleasant person. Anytime I have a concern or have to rescheduled, they work with me. They take time to listen and understand my needs. They are very honest and answer questions in a such kind way. This want makes me comfortable to have my children to go to this dentist. Thank you staff for your hard work and great customer service.

They never kept mine or my fiance's appointment. We'd show up and they said we never confirmed our appointments even though we made them in the office. And we had to call them to confirm our appointments

My dad shouldve sued in 2013 they pulled his perfect tooth mistaken him a sr for me a jr , my tooth was supposed to get pulled my dad still coukd sue

Loved this place up until now . Theys scheduled me for a 430 appointment I get here 25 minutes, i am always on time and no one is there. I call no one answers . I look in windows , all lights off , doors locked , and then another gentlemen shows up and he was scheduled to be there too. Not right . I also took medicine before i came for no reason, which they highly recommend when getting a infected tooth pulled , which is why i had a appt to begin with . And they just scheduled my appointment yesterday . 1/27/2020 . Today is 1/28/2020 . This is not acceptable . No one called to reschedule me . No note on the door. No nothing.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. The whole team is kind and caring and Dr. Darling is very gentle and calming during procedures. Especially for someone like me who is very nervous about the dentist. Highly recommend this office for anyone who is a little afraid of the dentist or for kids because this place is amazing. They make the experience relaxing and painless.

The guy is great he takes his time to listen to you so that all the work is performed is efficiently and painlessly as is possible he's very perceptive he's able to pick up on any discomfort that you're not able to verbalize and does his best to alleviate it before you even feel discomfort I normally have only had gas he's the first honest he's the first dentist 2 work on me with just novacaine and I'm more than happy with the results I highly recommend this guy what more can be said !!!!!

Dr. Darling and his staff are amazing!! I came in with a mouthful of problems and he got me fixed up with a great smile. Very respectful to my needs and wishes. Explained everything to me. I highly recommend this dentist!!

I can not say enough good things about this dentist. I had gone to a previous dentist who was very unprofessional and destroyed part of my teeth by over filling all my cavities. The pain was too much to bare. Butternut family dentistry were literally my heros. They saw me on the same day I called, made a great treatment plan for me. The extraction work he did is just amazing! He talked me through the whole thing and I didn't feel anything. He's very professional and honest. The staff are all very friendly and funny . It makes going to the dentist a lot better when you get to see such great people. Can not say enough good things about this place. THANK YOU GUYS

This office gives you gift cards to write a nice review so their ratings go up. Have heard from multiple staff here how many times this "office" has been audited by the state (this office takes many state funded insurances). These reviews are purely nothing but a sign of being desperate to get positive feedback from patients by providing gift cards to Dunkin' Donuts or McDonald's. This place is the biggest joke on the north side of Syracuse. I was referred by a friend to make an apppointment here and my mind quickly changed as soon as our phone conversation started. This office needs better front desk training. Quick way to lose future cliental.
