Dr. Chad Foster is an Arizona native! He grew up in Tempeand went to Seton Catholic High School in Chandler where he was a state champion in tennis. His family owns Petes Fish & Chips, which has been family owned and operated in Arizona since 1947. (Pete was his grandpa.)
Dr. Foster is married to Natalie Foster, who is an art therapist, and they reside in Phoenix. Dr. Foster is a self-admitted orthodontic nerd, andobsessed with anything he can read involving advances in the field of orthodontics. If he is not spending time with his family, he is probably thinking about moving teeth!

At Butterfly Orthodontics, we pride ourselves on the fact that we do things a bit differently from many other offices. High technology is everywhere you look in our practice, from the biometric touchpad at the front desk to the computer-aided treatment planning and cone beam CT scans. We use the best super-elastic wires and high technology Damon Smile brackets. If it is the best that is available, you will get it here!
We have been using computer-aided design methods for more than 30 years for every patients treatment planning, to ensure the best results possible. On our growing patients, this method includes a computer-aided growth forecast of both facial growth and body height.
Your smile deserves the best and most efficient technology that is available, and we are very proud to be known for providing just that. We were the first orthodontic practice in Arizona to adopt the use of cone beam CT scans, just as soon as they became available in 2004. We were also the first practice in Arizona to fully adopt theuse of the Damon bracket.
We have more than a decade of experience and several thousand cases where both of these methods have been used to simplify and speed up our patients treatment. It has also made it possible for us to save many teeth from extraction.

Dr Foster and his staff were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable every time I was there for an appointment. The office is very clean and always festive for holidays. I did Spark Advanced aligners for 18 months and am very pleased with the results. So very happy with my new smile!

This Orthodontics office and staff is amazing. You can tell the staff really cares about their patients. They are very hands on. My appointment happened to land on my Birthday they came out singing Happy Birthday. Top Notch customer service you don't see anymore. I truly recommend this place.

This is by far the best orthodontist I've ever been. The dentists really make sure that your teeth are aligned and straight and just present smile you can ever show. I would recommend this place to those who need to fix their teeth and clean it really well.

Hands down the best place . Dr Foster is great his bedsite manner is amazing he always listens to your concerns and is always up front and honest with you about the treatment . Front office staff is so kind and so friendly and always willing to work around your schedule and fit you in for an appointment . Ortho assistants are amazing people so gentle with wire removal and putting the wire back in . Overall my experience with Butterfly Orthodontics was great they made this whole braces process a breeze . I would highly recommend them for all ortho needs .
