After 1st doctor advise me a treatment, I want 2nd opinion. I tried some clinics, including the one did my implants/crowns which I spend lots of money. Their front desk say "send X ray photo to us, doctor will review and give you advice" I confirm they've received my emails. Then nothing happen for over 48 hours... Butterfly responds me within 1 hour after I contacting them. They offer me a free consultation right away. Dr. Chen answers all questions more clearly than the one who gave me X rays. Thanks to Dr. Chen, I know enough for my teeth issues. For a free consultation, she never pushes me to do treatment by her. She makes me feel welcome for giving away her knowledge for free. I Like her honest and straightforward way of doing business. Give me trust and confidence!! I have met too many doctors/dentists who give me very little information on me or my family's health issues. Then later on I suffer from lots of trouble, pain, losing money and time, thanks to those "lazy, misleading, careless, unthoughtful..." so-called doctors.

I DO NOT recommend this dental place. I had a crown done here, and after 6 months the tooth under my crown aches, it turns out, the root canal was badly done by my previous dental place, therefore, I still have some sensitivity there as the root canal wasn't fully pulled out. This dental place did not inform me of the situation and continue to place the costly crown on knowing that I will have problems in the future. This is the definition of MALPRACTICE. The crown itself was badly done, there was a leakage after a year and I had to have it monitored by another dental place as I don't have money for another crown. Currently, I'm in a painful state and it looks like the crown has a huge gap. I am very upset because this would mean I don't have a choice but to replace the crown. The funny thing about all of this is I actually return to this place to have my teeth checked. I made an appointment, only to find out on the day of my appointment...they told me I don't have one. Since I was a bit upset the girl receptionist somehow fit me in their schedule on the same day. I came to do a general check and one of my other tooth and had to wait more than 45 minutes to be seen. The dentist didn't mention anything about my crown but told me I need an implant on my other tooth and that they will send me information on the price etc. Unfortunately, to this day there is no follow up from them. What I learned from this is how unprofessional they are.

I have been seeing Dr Chen last 11 years, I took my wife and son there as well! What I seen in last 10 years is that she loves her job and always brings the latest technology , over the years I seen she purchased new equipments again and again. She loves to technology and investing into her clinic and she have an amazing staff to help her. Funny thing is, I have several dentist in my family but I prefer to goto her. :) I trust and love her care. Thank you Dr. Chen.
