I have a huge fear of dentists, always have. Even this time was rough. The anesthesia didn't work well for me, had to be shot a few times, but the doctor and his assistant kept making sure I was OK and not in pain. It was rough, for both me and them. But they handled it SO professionally and the front staff was so friendly and welcoming. I've definitely found my dentist place. Highly recommend here!

so far so good, just filling out paperwork for the kids dental appointment...07.19.21 I had my boys scheduled for a dental check up today. I am changing the 3 review from last week to 5 . The reasons...1. the dental group made it possible for my kids to be scheduled together, all four of them. 2. They were all very accommodating and efficient, from the receiptionist all the way to the dentist Dr. Nitchel. 3. The paperwork was not as long as from our initial visit last week. 4. The receipt and procedure was all clear and a printout copy ready for my insurance reimbursement. 5. I have a child with special needs and they were very patient, so much so that he had a great big smile after cleaning and polishing his teeth. He even took pictures. Thanks Allen! :-D 07.26.21

I was very disappointed in the condition of the office over all, your staff didnt take HIPAA seriously when your dental assistant and provider had the schedule pulled up with all the patients names and DOB showing (dentrix has a short cut I believe cntrl+h to find that data), the front office staff tried to sale $160 irrigation for my cleaning that wasn't necessary or needed, and your dental assistant cone cut my xrays and elongated roots due to poor training, and I don't think she or anyone else there understands just how important it is for her to protect herself from xrays even with digital xrays (take it from someone who has lost her thyroid from taking years of xrays unprotected). There's so much going on in that office that someone needs to look at this practice and get it right. This is unsafe and unwelcoming as a patient. Not to mention they ran 40 minutes for a new patient visit and not one person at the front desk said anything to me. I left without even getting my teeth cleaned which I am now grateful for.

If I could give you a 0, I would. A few years ago my husband had two root canals and two crowns done. One root canal took 5 hours! and a few years later, the tooth broke in half. He lost half the tooth, and now the whole thing is gone (needing a $3k implant - that no insurance will cover). He went to another dentist a few days ago and both the crowns need to be redone. And those crowns Butterfield dental did, have worn down the teeth below them, making the need for two more crowns. Thanks Butterfield dental, you've royally screwed us.

Insurance verification will not call back no matter what they tell you. Most insincere . Not a hater just appreciate good service.

Had to go in this afternoon for a deep cleaning. Found the front office staff very helpful and friendly. The dental hygienist was very through, and explained all the procedures. Dr. Diep was very friendly and took the time to explain the crowns that I needed and did a wonderful job.

The whole staff was friendly and personable from the beginning to the end of my visit there. My comfort was #1 and they worked around a lot of restriction I had, plus my fear of the dentist. The doctor was gentle and took the time to explain and answer my questions about treatment that I need and work with the staff to factor in my budget and start my dental work the same day.

I came to Butterfield Dental Group in February, looking for a place that could meet my high expectations and standards. I found it! They have gone above and beyond! They answered every financial question and even compared the treatment recommendations from another dentist that I brought in with me! All staff have treated me with care and the results of the dental work done are excellent! I am so happy! I have been recommending Butterfield Dental to my family and friends.

Braces consultation: Dr was very helpful and friendly. . But the person in charge of insurance verification doesn't call back.. i was told i would get a call the next day and schedule to start procedure for my daughter. I called 3 times throughout the day and they could not assist me. They don't follow through.

Worst Experience EVER! and I don't usually mind dental work! I told them I understood their recommendations, but only wanted the BASIC cleaning - next thing I know she was shooting me up with novacaine. I was very distressed, and the dentist yelled at me that I was a grown up, not a kid - that this is how the "grown-up" cleanings go. I will be making a full complaint to the ADA. DO NOT GO HERE!

I'm currently on active duty military. Trying to find a dentist is not easy. My wife brought my son here and they had the worse experience. I saw the bad reviews before, but I wanted to judge for myself since it's close to our home in Redhawk area. The dentist is very rude and not passionate with children. Also, they had to wait over a hour just to do a extraction. Please Don't Go Here Service Is Terrible. If I could give a Zero I would.
