Everyone at Butler Pediatric Dentistry is fantastic! The individuals at the front desk were helpful and accommodating in making appointments. The hygienists were patient, understanding and calm with my kids (5yr and 7yrs old). Dr. Butler is amazing and takes time to answer any questions and discuss concerns. I recommend Butler Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with kids!!

My daughter has been coming to Butler's since she was just about a year old. Every 6 months, she can hardly hold her excitement when visiting. She has proudly been part of the no cavity club up until a month ago. Today, we're back in for a filling. She was nervous but this team is great. They made her feel at easy & made it a not so scary experience. Grateful to have Dr. Butler and her team to take care of my daughter.

We had such a great experience for my daughter's consultation today! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional! They made my daughter feel very comfortable and even gave us a tour of the office so she knew where everything was. Dr. Andrew was great with Aubree as well and took his time going over her x-rays and explaining next steps with us. The dental assistant also did an amazing job with her x-rays, which she was really nervous about. We are excited to have Butler Pediatric as our new dentist!

They have always been great for Cleanings. However my son has sensory issues. He is in need of a cap. They never mentioned a root canal in December. He's been brave trying nitrous even though he has a fear of the dentist and sensory issues. He's had 3 appointments since December. Yesterday on his second attempt they include the root canal in treatment plan. Had I known this in December I would have not tried the nitrous. When I expressed my frustration over the phone and advised I called 1/19 and asked for a phone call back and never received one. Dr. Butler was mad and insinuated I was lying. She stated she called me back. She called me after I left a yelp review which was prior to 1/19. I didn't ask for a call when I left the review. The office gives you a hard time if you are 5 or 7 minutes late. Even if you call and advise and ask if you should reschedule. But I have sat waiting for almost 1/2 an hour in the waiting room. They made an appointment 1/18 and got off work early, took my son out of school early and no one could figure out what the appointment was for. Asked to reschedule the following appointment was told it was a 50.00 fee after I just showed up for nothing to an appointment that no one could figure out why we were there. I also was understanding when the nitrous machine wasn't working and they had to reschedule last minute after I kept my son home to make his am appointment. He has missed school due to not only the appointments, but the mishaps and miscommunication with appointments for nothing. I have been very understanding with this office. But the miscommunication is terrible, and they are not understanding. If your child needs dental work and has sensory issues, I do not recommend. And I never leave bad reviews. *edit: They also charged to bring my son in for an appointment that should have been covered by insurance and are telling my insurance they haven't billed me, and have been completely rude to the insurance company for trying to get simply a date they charged for this appointment. My insurance company was even in shock how rude they were to them.

This is the best Pediatric Dentist! All the members on staff that I've met are kind, caring and make the environment so peaceful. My son came for sealants on his 6year molars and Amanda was so kind and explained everything to him to keep him calm. Our previous dentist traumatized my sons, so to see them be relaxed and actually enjoy the dentist makes me so happy and grateful!

I've been waiting to bring the kids here for over a year now. Our good friend has been telling us about this dentist office. Shes always mentioned that they are so kind and patient. Well today we visited and she was completely right! The staff was so friendly, the place was so clean and they were so fun with the kids. We will definitely be back! Best dental experience ever.

Awesome kids dentist! Dr. Butler is very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. She has kids of her own so she gets it. She actually pays attention to my kids, not just their mouths. Highly recommend. We've had great experiences with all of the staff and dental assistants as well. My kids also love the balloon and small toy they get to pick after each visit.

We had a great check up at Butler Pediatric Dentist today! They have been treating my kids since they were little. My daughter says "even though I don't love the idea of the dentist I like coming here because everyone is so nice!!!"
