DO NOT GO HERE. The receptionist alone is one of the RUDEST people I have EVER met. She treated me like I was one of the dumbest people she's talked to. She treats everyone like they're beneath her. They canceled my appointment without contacting me OR MY DENTIST about it.

Went in for a root canal on a tooth that was infected with SEVERE pain. Dr. Wirtz did the procedure all in a half hour with no pain. Very attentive to patients needs and feeling, front office staff was very kind, office was exceptionally clean.

If you need a root canal this is the place to go. Dr. Wirtz and his staff are absolutely amazing. My husband and I had to have the procedure about two months apart, and we both had the same outcome. No pain afterwards....NONE. Not even a hint. We both were in the office for a total of less than 45 minutes.....and in the dentist chair for no more than 35 minutes. Dr. Wirtz, you are an amazing specialist. We would have no apprehension at all if we ever have the need to return.

Dr. Wirtz and the entire staff did an amazing job on my root canal! I've always heard horror stories about root canals but I had no pain, whatsoever, during the procedure or after. All of the pain I was experiencing prior to the root canal was immediately gone. I highly recommend Butler Endodontics!

The staff here is so friendly and willing to answer any questions. Their service is very quick at scheduling new appointments and being punctual when you have any problems! Highly recommend to anyone looking for modernized treatments, friendly service, and effective Endodontics.

Dr. Wirtz is the man. I saw a general dentist about a tooth that had previously been root canaled by a different dentist and he referred me to Dr. Wirtz, saying the tooth was a special case that only a specialist should touch. Went into the appointment with a bit of anxiety due to how bad the initial root canal on the tooth hurt. Dr. Wirtz was meticulous in applying the anesthetic, making sure every nerve was blocked before he started working, not rushing the start of the procedure at all. He kept me informed of the process the whole way through, and was adamant that if I needed a break at all we could take one. He and the hygienist worked together extremely professionally, focusing solely on the dental work. Before I knew it the procedure was over, not a single instance of pain throughout. To top it all off, the procedure cost me less out of pocket than the original failed root canal performed by the original general dentist-- not sure how common this is but it was a boon for me nonetheless. If you get referred to Dr. Wirtz, have no fear-- you're in good hands, the team is top-notch.

Very unprofessional staff in the payment department, not willing to work with you even during tough times, they demand you pay or be sued. Ignorance is high there. A problem ive never encountered with any other dental office. Ive had thousands of dollars worth of work in other dental places who work with you, not this place, big disgrace.

I had a root canal yesterday for a tooth with a pretty big hole in it. I was a bit concerned about infection, as that can counteract the effects of Novocain. I was very comfortable during the procedure and Dr. Wirtz was very kind and caring. I needed a bit more Novocain than most people would (which is the case for some people), and everything went off without any issues or pain! I'm glad the tooth was saved! While I hope to never have to have another root canal (not on my list of fun things to do), I would not hesitate to go back to Butler Endodontics. Thank you, Dr. Wirtz and staff for making what could have been a bad experience pain-free and quick!

I had to have my very first root canal a few months ago and didnt know what to expect. Everyone was super friendly and compassionate. The doctor talked me through the whole process putting me ar ease and I had absolutely NO pain afterwards
