Dr. Bush has been in practice since 1977. He is a Nashville native, graduating from Maplewood High School. He earned his degree from David Lipscomb University and then continued on to the University of Tennessee of Dental School where he received his doctorate. His post-graduate included two years in the study and training of implants at Harvard University. Dr. Bush is one of only 300 Diplomats of the American Board of Oral Implantology, in addition to this accolade he is an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, where he served as the President in 2012. Since 1981, Dr. Bush has completed countless hours of research, written articles, and lectured on a national and international arena.
Dr. Allen Bush joined his fathers dental team in 2004. Like his father, he is a Nashville native, graduating from Goodpasture High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at Abilene Christian University, in Abilene, Texas. Following in his fathers footsteps he received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree at the University of Tennessee. He is an Active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He received his training in the delivery of Botox from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

The clinic is immaculate. The front office staff is helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Hygienist was Carol who was friendly, professional and cleaned my teeth impeccably. I loved Dr. James Bush and look forward to my next visit.

As always an awesome experience. I had a cleaning and was seen quickly. The whole experience was comfortable and thorough. I have been seeing Dr. Bush for several years and I will continue with his practice as long as possible.

Dr. Bush and his entire staff are, genuinely, kind, thoughtful, empathetic and obviously place their patients' needs and concerns first, rather than what may be more lucrative to their dental practice. Dr. Bush and his assistant, Emily, took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns before offering a wide variety of options, currently available, along with their opinions as to which course would be best and why/how they had formed those opinions. I would HIGHLY recommend Bush Dentistry to anyone, out there, who's tired of your provider treating you as just another number instead of as the human being youare!!!

Bush Dentistry has been my longtime go to for all my dental needs, preventive care, repair, restoration, crowns, implants, the full gamut. To a person, the doctors, dental assistants, even the front desk personnel are kind, friendly, helpful, and seem to welcome my presence and my business. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Allen answered all of my questions throughly and gave me a professional opinion on lasting results for my perfect smile, Melinda was extremely thorough in her cleaning and x-rays, and Theresa was so helpful in making sure I can try and get the smile I want in the timeframe I need along with letting me understand my options financially as well. Truly appreciate the entire staff's care over my smile.

Great experience as usual. Carol has been cleaning my teeth for a long time. Today I left home in plenty of time but with Nashville traffic I ran into a a bad wreck on the interstate and missed my appointment. I called ahead and advised them I wouldn't be on time. I did go on to the office to get rescheduled and Carol got me worked in. Wonderful group of people!!!!

It's never convenient to have a toothache and when you're in pain you need help right away. I called the office of Dr Bush late Wednesday afternoon and was seen first thing Thursday morning. I was welcomed just like always, not as if I was an inconvenience. The staff took care of the problem and I was out in an hour. I recommend Dr Bush and his staff to anyone in need of dental care from check ups to implants!
