I can not say enough good things about our experience with Busby and Webb. I have three children that are receiving orthodontic services, which equates to ALOT of office visits. They are consistently flexible and accommodating to our schedule, emergency situations, and insurance issues. Allison is nothing short of magical when it comes to sorting out payment issues and every staff member we have come in contact with has been kind and had a great attitude. Most importantly my kids' teeth look wonderful!

Round 2 of braces and will have to say that this places gets more than 5 star rating. Best experience I have ever had at an orthodontist. Can't wait to see final outcome

Busby & Webb are amazing, awesome customer service & friendly! On a Friday, my sons wire came loose & was poking his gum, I called the emergency line. Not only did they did it squared away (10am on a Saturday!) I spoke with someone immediately, no voicemail. They are all around great, my son loves them as well.

Both doctors didnt listen to my concerns. They had my braces on for soooo long . And didnt even fix my open bite

Super friendly staff, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. Even after years of having my braces off, I still go back for replacement retainers. I still get compliments on my teeth to this day! They never disappoint, both of my kids will be coming here for braces!

Super clean and efficient! Prices comparable with others in town. Work well with school student schedules. Highly recommend.

Was looking for another orthodontist office to take my 2 sons after I took my 2 daughters to another orthodontist and had a very bad experience. The 2 orthodontist office experiences were polar opposites! Busby and Webb have been really amazing! Super friendly staff, very short wait times, no hidden fees, etc. I have yet to find a complaint with this office after going there for over 3 years. I really wish I had taken my girls there too!

I love this orthodontist & the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc we live 30 min away. The drive gets long sometimes. Otherwise I love it!

Highly Recommend Busby & Webb Ortho... Fortunately only one of my children needed braces $$$.....but gave my youngest son a great smile and confidence !!! Great Customer Service & Great Prices --> Great Combination : ) Wilson Blanchard

I disagree with last review. They were the least expensive of the high quality outfits in a three county area. They have been nothing but helpful with my very busy and active student for the last 2+ years. There are cheaper but don't use same techniques and appliances.
