I had a very bad toothache over the weekend and I was looking for some EMERGENCY Dental Care. The Burtonsville Dental Care team were able to accommodate and help me ASAP. I have never been here so I was a new patient, they got me into the clinic as soon as they opened. The staff explained everything very well and most importantly relieved me of the toothache pain! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and will answer all your questions. I will be returning tho Burtonsiville Dental Care all my dental needs.

I was so pleasantly surprised that my first trip to the dentist since before the pandemic put me at complete ease and confidence. The great team at Burtonsville Dental Care was so professional and caring. Carrie the hygienist was so knowledgeable and was clearly working to ensure I was fully informed about what she saw in the X-rays and during the cleaning. Dr.Saad was equally friendly and reassuring and offered the kind of expert perspective you need. I appreciate them clearly explaining their assessment of my dental health.

I absolutely love Burtonsville Dental! Dr. Saad is amazing. I had my last wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Saad and he and his staff were amazing. Everytime I have my teeth cleaning, they are thorough and patient. Dr. Saad has a wonderful sense of humor and is very compassionate. The office staff and hygenist are amazing. The office is very clean and organized. You will love this practice.

I simply love this dental office. From reception to the hygienist (Sue is my absolute favorite) to the dentist. Everyone is extremely kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and simply a joy to be around. I know that sounds crazy for a dental office but I appreciate exceptional service and that is what I get every visit. They are a neighborhood gem!

Stopped going to this location because they were rude and disorganized, which is very unfortunate. Now all I'm trying to do is pay a balance that I was sent a week ago. Called and was told the balance was sent to collections. Ok fine, but when I call the number I was provided Im told there are no collection accts that match my name, social, birthdate etc. So I call back and I'm told I can't pay them directly and they would follow up the next day with next steps. Well no return call back. So I call back a 3rd time, and I'm told my boss is on vacation I'll call you back in 45 min. Ok fine. Well no call back and it's 2 days later. How do you send me a notice to pay the bill which I'm desperately trying to pay and you can't seem to help me. Why tell me you're going to call back if you have no plans on calling back. What's the point? I'm blown away that I feel like I have to chase you down to pay a bill b/c I don't want my credit impacted.

This is the best dental office I have seen. All of the staff were pleasant and made my first visit enjoyable. For a dentist office, it is great to say I enjoyed it. Thank you Amy, Annie and Dr. Saad for being very responsive to all of my questions and explain in great detail about oral hygiene. They really take care of you here. See ya in 6 months! Remember people: brush and floss daily

The staff at Dr. Saad's office at Burtonsville Dental, is beyond awesome!! My family love the atmosphere and today's experience was GREAT!!. I appreciate the care, comfort and compassion they show us everytime we visit. We appreciate Amiee & Sue today. Amiee hands are as light as a feather. Looking forward to the next cleaning

I am very Thankful to the staff of Burtonsville Dental Care and Dr Saad for helping my daughter. My daughter had severe pain and needed extraction of her one of her molars. I called several places just to hear that I cannot get an appointment for over a month. I then called Burtonsville Dental Care who gave me appointment right away and relieved my daughter's pain.
