Dr. Sobelman attended the University of California Los Angeles for his B.A. in Psychology in 1970, followed by his time spent at University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry in 1974. A year later, he started his private dental practice.
It is our priority to offer quality services that set the highest standard and exceed the expectations of our patients. Dr. Sobelman has advanced and specialized training in the fields of both cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry. It gives him great pleasure to restore dentitions to healthy function and beautiful esthetics.
Dr. Bartulis received her first Doctorate of Dental Surgery in Europe. After practicing dentistry there for five years, she relocated to the United States, where she then entered the University of Southern Californias School of Dentistry, receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and was awarded the Archie Haljun Award for outstanding achievement in operative dentistry. Dentistry is my passion. It combines my love for art, along with my knowledge that I acquired studying and practicing in both Europe and the U.S.
Josephine started practicing dentistry first in the Philippines, in 1983. Jo started working with Dr. Sobelman in 1990. Through her many years of loyalty, she has earned the responsibility of Supply Management and inventory ordering. She takes pride in making our patients feel comfortable and absolutely loves to make them laugh. In addition to keeping the smile on the patients, she also keeps all the employees grinning while we work, as well!
Dental hygienist for 41 years. I have spent my entire career in the specialty of periodontics. It is very gratifying for me as a hygienist to give care to my patients in a calm and caring atmosphere where their comfort and well-being is my main concern. I enjoy meeting new people and building personal and professional relationships. I graduated with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California in 1975 and have been working for Dr. Sobelman for 19 years.
With more than ten years of dental experience, Millet serves as our well versed employee in both the front office and the dental chair. Millet has her RDA license, and actively attends seminars and conventions to keep her skills sharp. Her expertise list includes the coordination of treatment for workers compensation cases. She finds great joy in tending to patients concerns, whether its administration or dental procedure. Millet also has a lovely, growing family.
Our hygienists are dedicated to providing thorough and personalized cleanings for each of our patients. These women have been polishing pearly whites for nearly three decades and understand that each patient has their own unique needs to maintain a happy and healthy mouth.
Whether the patient needs this procedure to protect a previously root canal treated tooth, or to strengthen a fractured tooth, our practice is dedicated to preserving your mouth from all the wear and tear of life with the placement of crowns or bridges.

Dr. Sobelman is the best dentist I've ever been seen by. He's been at it forty four years and tells me he still enjoys his work. The office is well run, has a pleasant staff, well skilled hygienist's and Burton is a terrific fellow.

I can't imagine a better dental office than this one, anywhere! The dentists, the office staff, the dental hygienists--all are the very best. Dr. Sobelman is my dentist, although I have also seen Dr. Barzukas. They are both excellent! Dr. Sobelman has been my dentist for many years. I have recommended him to many of my relatives, who see him regularly. He is skilled, attentive and honest.

I can't imagine a better dental office than this one, anywhere! The dentists, the office staff, the dental hygienists--all are the very best. Dr. Sobelman is my dentist, although I have also seen Dr. Barzukas. They are both excellent! Dr. Sobelman has been my dentist for many years. Dr. Sobelman was ESSENTIAL to my receiving long-overdue, much needed extensive dental care. Having an extremely complex case wasn't a deterrent to Dr. Sobelman; instead, he and his entire staff have gone above and beyond to help me get my life and my smile back. Surviving a terrible trauma apparently was the easy part, it's everything that came after: depression, anxiety, chronic pain. Then navigating the unbelievably ridiculous workers' comp system... It was a godsend when Dr. Sobelman took my case. From the moment I spoke with the lovely Allison, I knew I had found the right place. I know that I'm a little high-strung but when Millet answers the phone, her calming voice and demeanor bring me back to earth. She and the wonderful Harmony keep Dr. Sobelman's office running seamlessly! No matter what the problem...and believe me, with workers' comp., there have been a few...Millet and Harmony (whose name is befitting!) know what to do; they are exceptional at their jobs!! They are a reflection of the wondrous Dr. Sobelman. He is a soft-spoken, easy-going, extremely patient dentist who has the ability to quell nervousness. He takes the time to explain every detail of my treatment plan, offering the best solutions. He follows through and writes timely and comprehensive reports. He has worked so hard on my behalf; he never gave up on me. I trust him implicitly and am so grateful. I look forward to going to the office, the assistants, Jo and Rita are so cool. I love talking to them, and before I know it, my pent-up anxiety has disappeared. I am also grateful to Dr. Bartulis for her patience, understanding, and great work. I had a very gentle cleaning with the super dental hygienist, Judy. I am extremely thankful and lucky to have these truly amazing people help me get through this very trying time. I look I've been going to have my teeth cleaned by Bonnie at Dr. Sobelman's office for years now. Not only is she the sweetest woman, but efficient and gentle. Most people despise seeing their dentist or oral hygienist, and understandably so. I honestly look forward to my visits and find them to be totally relaxing. I lay in a comfortable recliner with my mouth wide open and almost never feel any discomfort or pain while having my teeth cleaned. I have recommended all of my friends and family to see Bonnie at Dr. Sobelman's.

His hygienist Judy is terrific and I actually look forward to speaking with her during my cleanings. When my wife's dentist finally retired, I immediately suggested Dr. Sobelman. I could not give him a higher recommendation that that.
