Dr. Ashley Burton was born in Utah, but grew up in California, Idaho, Georgia, and Ohio. After living all over the country, she is excited to now call Ogden Valley home. It might have been the braces, the expanders, or when she knocked her front tooth out on a trampoline that Dr. Ashley knew that becoming a dentist was the career for her. Dr. Ashley graduated with a bachelors degree in Biology from Ohio Northern University, where she was also a 4-year starter for the soccer team and ran track in the off season. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from The Ohio State University where she also met her charming husband and Valley native, Brigham Burton. They had the opportunity to practice together in Ohio for several years after dental school. Dr. Ashley enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but especially enjoys treating children and doing cosmetic dental procedures. She also enjoys being a mom; she and Dr. Brigham Burton have two youngsons, Theodore and Bennett, and daughter Emmeline. Dr. Ashley loves family time, sushi restaurants, and traveling.
Dr. Brigham Burton was raised in Huntsville, Utah and and is thrilled to finally be back here in the Ogden Valley. He was a former patient of Dr. Iversons and gained his desire to be a dentist, in part, from years of visiting Dr. Iversons dental chair. He attended Valley Elementary, Snowcrest Jr., and graduated from Weber High. He attended Weber State University on a symphony orchestra scholarship playing the celloand earned his bachelors degree in Microbiology and Chemistry. He received his dental training at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Go Buckeyes! After graduating, Dr. Burton completed an advancedtraining residency at the University of Utah hospital where he receivedspecial training in sedation dentistry, dental implants surgery, treatment of dental trauma, pediatric dentistry, and wisdom tooth removal. Prior to joining the practice here in the Valley, he practiced in Zanesville, Ohio. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. His dental degree wasnt his only accomplishment from his school days in Ohio; he also was able to convince the prettiest girl in the dental school to marry him. He and Dr. Ashley Burton havetwo sons, Theodore and Bennett, and a daughter Emmeline, whose smiles will melt even the coldest heart, guaranteed. In his free time, you will find Dr. Burton with his family. Some of the Burton family favorite activities include hitting the slopes at the local ski resorts, boating on Pineview, biking, and playing the cello and piano. Absolutely love Burton Dental. The doctors and staff are amazing. We never feel like we're rushed in and out and the quality of care and procedures are the best. You can tell the staff truly cares about their patients, which is wonderful (and hard to find today!). Our entire family loves Burton Dental!

Dr. Burton is a great dentist. He is the ideal combination of technical skill, consideration, and fun personality. I enjoyed my visit and BTW, even though it involved cavities and crowns, I didn't feel a thing!

Just moved to Eden, UT and needed a dentist for 6 month checkups, cleanings, fillings, etc. We found the folks at Burton Dental to be friendly, professional and really easy to work with. Proactive staff that treated us like part of the family from day one. The hygienists and dentists are thorough and did a great job of explaining things as they went along. Very pleased.

I hate going to the dentist, always have, but going into Burton Dental feels like going to visit friends. The staff is happy to work there. They are pleased to see you. The staff always ensures you understand what's going on in your mouth and makes you comfortable (as you can be) with any needed procedure. I feel lucky to have them here in the valley (Eden).
